Job Summary

• Directly responsible for generating income, revenue, sourcing potential customers, and maximizing sales of the company’s products or services.

Job Responsibilites

• Drives the sales of appliances by generating leads, establishing contact, and developing relationships with prospective clients;
• Identifies wholesale buyers such as real estate or property developers, and pitches sales to them for upcoming projects;
• Maintains correspondences with existing and prospective clients by responding and following up with emails and phone calls;
• Delivers accurate product demonstrations of appliances to clients and educates clients about the benefits and features of appliances as required;
• Creates sales quotations for prospective buyers;
• Demonstrates effective negotiation and persuasion skills in convincing clients to make a sale;
• Identifies clients who are likely to purchase products and persuades them to attend demonstration classes, e.g. cooking classes and laundry demonstration sections
• Ensures product brochures are made and sent to clients to inform them of available products;
• Negotiates products’ terms and conditions with clients;
•  Coordinates with the customer care unit to ensure seamless installation and commissioning of appliances;
• Follows up on client satisfaction after installation and purchase of appliances;
• Follows up with customer service team in resolving customer issues and ensures that feedback is provided to clients within 24 hours;
• Responsible for driving sales of care products and accessories to clients;
• Persuades clients to purchase service plan;
• Responds to client’s complaints during the one-year warranty period and escalates the challenges faced to the customer service team;
• Ensure all potential clients are brought to the showroom.

Requirements

• Degree In Marketing or any related courses
• Minimum of 2-3 years of sales of luxurious products

Job Summary:

• Responsible for preparing and installing appliances, carrying out maintenance on all appliances, and employing electrical tools to carry out jobs within the company.

Responsibilities

• Installs, troubleshoots, repairs and overhauls household appliances;
• Generates invoices for repairs of appliances;
• Commissions new appliances at the customer’s location to ensure proper functioning;
• Conducts functional test on appliances;
• Coordinates with the main office and end users and provides product maintenance and support;
• Works with company architect for kitchen layouts;
• Works with the site architect, plumbers, and electricians in ensuring appliances are placed according to design plans;
• Reviews all electrical circuit diagrams and test circuits to identify short-circuit.
• Ensures tidiness of work area;
• Keeps records of all appliance checks and test results that are signed off with end users
• and properly filed;
• Provides technical support and maintenance services;
• Ensures all safety requirements are adhered to during installation or maintenance;
• Ensures faults are reported promptly and repairs are carried out;
• Repairs appliances properly and maintains minimum disbursal for parts;
• Maintains the company vehicle properly and ensures proper records are kept;
• Sends report on site observations and recommendations to technical supervisor;
• Ensures accurate delivery records are kept.
• Carries out electrical safety tests before and after every repair.

Key Requirements:

• B.sc or HND in Electrical Electronics Engineering or Physics Electronics is compulsory
• 1 - 3 years extensive hands-on work experience as a Technician(in electrical/electronics)
