    Sales Executive - Brake Pad and Spare Parts

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
    • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
    • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
    • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
    • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
    • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
    • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree.
    • 3 - 5 years experience in brake pads and spare parts industry.
    • Proficiency in English.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
    • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
    • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
    • Fast learner and passion for sales.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
    • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentation.

    Junior Accountant (Healthcare)

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and coordinate the Company’s accounting, financial reporting, budgeting process, and electronic record-keeping.
    • Plan, coordinate, and supervise the day-to-day financial operations.
    • Ensure appropriate financial reporting and best practice is adopted.
    • Implement and maintain a financial reporting system and detailed accounting procedures.
    • Maintain full electronic records of the company’s financial transactions and fixed assets register.
    • Prepare general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts (cash, receivables, etc.).
    • Manage supplier and staff payments in accordance with set procedures.
    • Analyze information and KPIs by developing spreadsheet reports.
    • Prepare reports for senior management and shareholders, answering accounting and financial questions by researching, understanding, and interpreting data.
    • Assist with local and federal required filings as appropriate.
    • Prepare annual operating budget preparation and cash forecasting analysis.
    • Prepare monthly internal financial statements and management accounts.
    • Prepare accounts to facilitate required audits.
    • Provide the needed information to fulfill the audit requirements.
    • Provide timely, detailed, and frequent reporting to the Company’s Board of Directors.
    • Support the deployment of accounting software.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Accounting.
    • 2 to 4 Years of work experience as an Accountant in the healthcare sector.

    Field Sales Promoter

    Job Responsibilities

    • Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services
    • Create a positive image and lead consumers to use it
    • Distribute product samples, brochures, flyers, etc. to source new sales opportunities
    • Identify interests and understand customer needs and requirements
    • Set up booths or promotional stands and stock products
    • Report on demonstration-related information interest level, questions asked a number of samples/flyers distributed, etc.

    Requirements
