    Sales Executive

    Responsibilties

    • Acts as advisor or consultants to walk-in customers and over-the-phone customers.
    • Provide friendly, efficient service to all walk-in customers.
    • Offer information about merchandise selection to help customers choose wisely.
    • Have deep product knowledge and exhibit familiarity with all product information.
    • Actively listen to customers and then provide them with solutions that are exactly what they need.
    • Excite customers about how new products can enhance their well-being and looks
    • Know and use promotional event information to maximize sales.
    • Assist in preparation of periodic physical inventory exercises.
    • Be able to use PoS Systems for sales & other check-out functions.

    Requirements

    • 1 - 3 years of experience working in a luxury service retail environment, or other Customer service experience and/or retail sales experience.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Good reporting skills.
    • Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

    Chief Operating Officer

    Responsibilities

    • The Chief Operating Officer will provide day-to-day leadership and management in all areas of the company’s business operations (including sales, marketing, human resources, IT, administration, &operations).
    • The COO will manage the critical leadership function of strategic planning & execution. And will drive the development of the company’s business strategies to respond to market conditions and demands.
    • Lead the execution of these strategies & plans operationally, cascaded to other leaders, managers and employees within the company, and manage the associated communication of important strategy elements in a systemic manner.
    • The COO will work with the CFO for the development of the annual plans and budget, and ensure the reporting of business performance to executive management and other key stakeholders with emphasis on delivery of business revenue & profit objectives and major issues, risks and dependencies.
    • The COO will drive focussed execution, establishing performance metrics and monitoring systems to track progress toward those goals & objectives; coach staff in achieving their goals
    • As the senior officer with operations oversight, The COO will ensure that the company meets all regulatory & compliance requirements including legal, financial, human resources, operating, technology etc. by putting in place policy and processes across the business
    • Other duties as assigned by the board or the Managing Director.

    Requirements

    • The best candidate for this role will be will be a strong leader, with a proven record of operational and financial acumen and excellence.
    • Candidates should possess a Master's Degree with 10+ years of experience in Executive/Senior Operations Management businesses
    • Experience in Executive/Senior Management roles in the Luxury goods industry/FMCG or CPG Industry.
    • COO should have experience and be knowledgeable about how to establish systems and controls to manage a business that holds physical inventory and trades through hundreds of outlets
    • Strategic Business Development experience required
    • Extensive client relationship management experience required
    • Familiarity with governance, especially in working with and managing the reporting process and sundry activities associated with a strong board having oversight functions, will be very essential
