    Sales Executive

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum of B.Sc. in Social Sciences/Business or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
    • Proficient in the usage of Microsoft Office packages and presentation skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to drive with a valid driver’s license is an added advantage.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for B2C and B2B marketing.
    • Control, organize, and direct day-to-day sales process in tandem with the organization’s strategy.
    • Generate quality leads, presentations and close sales deals with corporate and individual customers.
    • Manage existing and new Key Account customers.
    • Coordinate and manage inventory.
    • Ensure that the company has adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g., people, materials, equipment, etc.)
    • Delivers monthly sales target.
    • Provide daily reports of sales activities.
    • Provide monthly sales projections and forecast.
    • Oversee the update of the company’s online business platform.
    • Manage growing sales team.
    • Coordinate end-to-end sales process including deliveries outside the state or region.
    • Coordinate supplies, stock, engage customers, monthly target, and run the operations of the company.
    • Assess overall company performance against objectives.
    • Generate quality leads, make presentations, and close sales deals with corporate and individual customers.
    • Generate revenue to meet operations and make profits.

    Audit, Risk and Compliance Governance (ARCG) Business Partner

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum of a second-class upper division B.Sc. degree
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience cumulative experience as an Internal Control Auditor.
    • Must be a Chartered Accountant
    • Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Packages and ERP Systems (Knowledge of Navision & SharePoint will be an added advantage)
    • An MBA or equivalent Postgraduate management degree will be an added advantage.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Conduct environmental audits to ensure adherence to environmental standards.
    • Develop Internal Audit Strategic Plan for the SBU
    • Monitor and test corrective actions from prior audits
    • Provide support to the Company’s independent auditors.
    • Continuous monitoring of business activities to ensure compliance with company Policies, Processes, Guidelines and Governance framework.
    • Interacting with external auditors on matters related to audits of the organization’s internal controls
    • Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
    • Verify that all firm and regulatory policies and procedures have been documented, implemented, and communicated.
    • Advise Management on the implementation or operation of compliance programs.
    • Execute Internal audits, Compliance review & Risk management included in the annual ARCG plan.
    • Assess product, compliance, or operational risks and develop risk management strategies.
    • Develop, enhance, and apply procedures and approach to Internal audits, Compliance review & Risk management execution in the business and seek to identify new potential gaps in the business.
    • Effectively communicate findings, recommendations, resolutions & updates to Business Management & Board Committees in respect of Internal audits, Compliance review & Risk management issues.
    • Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
    • Verify that all firm and regulatory policies and procedures have been documented, implemented, and communicated
    • Advise Management on the implementation or operation of compliance programs.
