    Sales Executive

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling
    • Promote and sell the company’s physical security solutions to corporate and individual clients
    • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand customer needs
    • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and sales contracts
    • Negotiate terms and successfully close deals
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
    • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
    • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
    • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the security industry
    • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
    • Willingness to travel within assigned locations

    Preferred:

    • Experience in physical security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Alarms, etc.)
    • Existing network within corporate or commercial sectors
