    Sales Development Representative

    Key Responsibilities: 

    Lead Generation & Research

    • Identify and qualify potential clients via LinkedIn, Twitter, AngelList, Crunchbase, and relevant startup databases.
    • Build prospect lists and maintain up-to-date lead records in the CRM.

    Outbound Prospecting & Engagement

    • Send structured cold emails, LinkedIn DMs, and follow-ups to initiate contact.
    • Customize messaging for different client types and track engagement metrics.

    Full Sales Cycle Management

    • Handle discovery calls and present the company's services confidently.
    • Close deals directly with interested clients and coordinate the next steps.
    • Ensure a smooth handoff of signed clients to the Talent team for developer placement.

    Events & Networking

    • Represent the company in relevant online and offline events, conferences, and tech communities.
    • Capture potential leads and nurture them post-event.

    Collaboration & Reporting

    • Collaborate closely with the Talent team to ensure client needs are clearly understood post handoff.
    • Provide regular progress updates to the COO/CEO and offer feedback from the field to improve offerings and messaging.

    Requirements

    Key Requirements: 

    • 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client-facing roles (bonus if in tech, recruitment, or SaaS).
    • Experience selling developer outsourcing, freelance platforms, or tech talent solutions will be an added advantage
    • Confident communicator with strong written English and experience handling cold outreach and pitch calls.
    • Self-starter who can manage a sales pipeline, follow up consistently, and close deals without micro-management.
    • Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Notion, HubSpot, or Trello) and prospecting tools (e.g., Hunter, Apollo, Clay, or Instantly).

    Backend Developer, JAVA

    Responsibilities

    • Take ownership of technical solutions from coding, and release, to production.
    • Design and improve the maintainability of the code base through innovative design.
    • Use technical skills to build amazingly exciting world-class products.
    • Constantly communicate with diverse internal and external stakeholders in embracing agile practices.
    • Seek to understand how the business works to identify risks (in code, features, and design).
    • Diagnose complex issues across various levels of the stack.
    • Understand the business context deeply and leverage engineering knowledge to propose creative solutions to problems.
    • Work collaboratively to complete projects, showcase progress, and address problems.
    • Mentor and coach junior and intermediate engineers within the Engineering team.
    • Constantly improve to keep pace with innovations and technologies.
    • Balance deep work with cross-team collaboration.
    • Work alongside front-end developers to produce efficient and user-friendly systems.
    • Work on other tasks as assigned by the Engineering Leadership.
    • Write clean and scalable codes to develop functional applications.

    Requirements

    Key Requirements: 

    • B.Sc/BA degree in Computer Science or any related field 
    • 7+ years of cognate experience working with Java EE/Spring, with at least 3 years experience as a Senior Software Engineer 
    • Knowledge of Object-oriented Programming concepts. 
    • Test-driven development (TDD) experience. 
    • Experience working with AWS, architecture, and design principles. 
    • Strong team leader and player, with the ability to improve knowledge and skills. 
    • Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude. 
    • Ability to work independently.
