    Sales and Marketing Executive

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
    • Experience in education, training services, or technology-focused organizations is an advantage.
    • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, respond to inquiries, and build long-term relationships.
    • Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities, including lead generation, pipeline management, and meeting or exceeding enrollment targets.
    • Experience delivering or supporting Training, presentations, or product/program demonstrations to diverse audiences.
    • Familiarity with basic marketing practices, including social media promotion, outreach activities, and campaign support.
    • Comfort working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting for tracking leads and performance metrics.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Content Creator / Social Media Manager

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Develop and execute creative content and social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, and other digital platforms to increase brand awareness, student engagement, and enrolment.
    • Create, publish, and manage engaging content, including graphics, reels, videos, stories, testimonials, event coverage, and promotional campaigns that showcase Aptech's programs, student success stories, and campus activities.
    • Plan and maintain a structured content calendar, ensuring all content aligns with Aptech's brand identity, marketing objectives, and academic calendar.
    • Manage and engage with online communities by responding promptly to enquiries, comments, messages, and reviews while nurturing prospective students and parents.
    • Stay up to date with social media trends, digital marketing best practices, and competitor activities to develop innovative content that drives audience growth and admissions.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics, using insights to optimize content and generate quality leads for student enrolment.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in Canva, Figma, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other content creation and social media management tools.

    Requirements

    • Possess proven experience in content creation or social media management, with excellent storytelling, creativity, knowledge of social media algorithms, digital marketing principles (including SEO and paid advertising), and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
    • Experience with photography, videography, or video editing is an added advantage.

    Receptionist

    Key Responsibilities

    • Welcome and attend to walk-in visitors, prospective students, parents, and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and social media enquiries, providing accurate information about Aptech's programs and services.
    • Demonstrate strong sales and persuasive communication skills by converting enquiries into student registrations and achieving assigned enrollment targets.
    • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow up with prospective students, and update the customer database regularly.
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on enquiries, admissions, and front desk activities, and perform general administrative duties.

    Requirements

    • Hold a minimum of an OND/HND/Bachelor's Degree with at least one year of experience in customer service, front desk operations, or sales.
    • Experience in an educational institution and the ability to work under pressure while meeting admission targets is an added advantage.
    • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn CRM or student management systems.
