    Restaurant / Night Club Manager

    Major Responsibilities

    • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and nightclub, including staff management, inventory, and guest satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest experience and increase revenue.
    • Manage budgets, financial reports, and cost controls to achieve profitability.
    • Coordinate and plan events, promotions, and entertainment activities.

    Graphic Designer

    Responsibilities

    • Create digital graphics such as icons, buttons, and animations for websites and mobile apps.
    • Design and develop email marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
    • Create graphic elements such as typography, color schemes, and imagery to enhance designs.
    • Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and business cards.•
    • Design archives, including organizing and storing design files and assets.and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
    • Develop design files for digital and print production, including PDFs, JPEGs, and PNGs.
    • Coordinate with printers to ensure accurate and timely production of printed materials.
    • Create social media graphics such as Facebook and Twitter graphics to promote products and services.
    • Prepare designs for print, including formatting, color correction, and proofreading.
    • Creating visual elements such as logos, graphics, and websites to communicate messages, express ideas, and capture audiences. Here are some of the key duties of a Graphic Designer:
    • Develop visual concepts to communicate ideas, messages, and values.
    • Design logos, icons, and branding materials to represent companies, products, and services.

    Requirements

    • BSc/ HND in Computer Science, Business Administration Marketing, or any relevant field.
    • Proven experience in a Graphic Designer role, preferably in the Real Estate Sector.
    • Strong communication, analytical, problem solving and Leadership skills.
    • Proficiency in Social media software.

    Content Creator

    Major Responsibilities

    • Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, topics, and best practices.
    • Brainstorm and come up with innovative content ideas that align with the brand's goals and target audience.
    • Write, design, and produce high-quality content, including blog posts, social media posts, videos, podcasts, and more.
    • Review, edit, and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
    • Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content publication.
    • Distribute content across various channels, including social media, email newsletters, and websites.
    • Promote content through paid advertising, influencer partnerships, and other marketing tactics.
    • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all content.
    • Ensure all content aligns with the brand's messaging and values.
    • Manage and maintain brand assets, including logos, images, and videos.

    Requirements
