Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled Research Analyst to collect and analyze HR data across various sectors, identifying trends, insights, and business opportunities. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent research skills, and the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement research methodologies to collect HR data from various sectors, including surveys, interviews, and secondary research.
• Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Develop and maintain databases to store and manage HR data.
• Develop insightful reports and presentations to communicate HR data findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Identify and highlight key trends, challenges, and opportunities in the HR landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HR data insights into business decision-making.
• Analyze HR data to identify business opportunities, such as talent gaps, training needs, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Develop strategic recommendations to address identified opportunities and challenges.
• Collaborate with business development teams to explore new business opportunities and partnerships.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent research and data analysis skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of HR trends and challenges.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Data Analysis and Tools:

• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
• Experience with statistical analysis software such as R, SQL, or SPSS.
• Familiarity with data management and database design principles.
• Knowledge of data mining and machine learning techniques.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in research, data analysis, or HR.
• Experience working with HR data and systems is an added advantage.

JOB SUMARRY

• To be successful as a company driver, you should ensure that all transportation duties are carried out in a timely manner. Ultimately, a top-performing company driver should be able to ensure that addresses and other transportation details are correct before undertaking any pick-up or drop-off duties.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Drive staff/principal daily to their assigned/desired destinations
• Use navigation apps (e.g. google maps) to determine the best route
• Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip
• Ensure that the vehicle fuel tank is never low, by completing fuel vouchers in a timely manner
• Assist with loading and unloading items/luggage
• Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up to date on road conditions
• Ensure that all passengers in the vehicle use their seat belts
• Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed
• Report all issues to supervisor or Protocol and Logistics officer (where applicable)
• Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all riders
• Schedule regular car service appointments and report any repair/maintenance/car paper issues to the Protocol and Logistics officer
• Ensure that the vehicle interior is always clean and tidy
• Work at any location (mainland or island)
• Remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)
• Knowledge of area roads, streets and neighbourhoods
• Availability to occasionally work on Sundays, Public Holidays, and late nights.

Key Requirements

• Minimum academic qualification of an Ond/Diploma SSCE
• Minimum working experience of 5 years
• The candidate must have settled for driving as an occupation
• Ability to be able to read and write
• Must live within the Island (Lekki, Ajah, Sangotedo, Awoyaya Axis)
• Good knowledge of Lagos roads
• Ability to use google maps effectively.
• A valid driver's license.
• Good interpersonal skills.
