Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and highly disciplined Head of Operations to drive operational excellence within our financial services business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end loan and investment operations, including credit processing, monitoring, and compliance
• Manage and report on investment and loan portfolios (drawdowns, redemptions, performance)
• Ensure accuracy of operational records, KYC, and internal databases
• Supervise operations staff and coordinate cross-functional activities
• Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and process efficiency
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and company policies.

Requirements

• 8 - 15 years’ experience in Operations within the banking/financial services sector
• Strong knowledge of credit, loan management, and investment operations
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and accountability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems

Preferred:

• Experience in fintech, microfinance, or investment institutions
