    Regional Sales Manager (South East)

    Main Responsibilities / Tasks

    • Achieving volume and distribution target of the Region
    • Grow MS and Sales Volumes of the organization within the assigned customers and sales regions
    • Management of Key Distributors and regularly review with the Customers their performance and contribution in line with the Customers Management Review template.
    •  Building amazing customers relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Develop Regional Business Plan for the region and the Customer Business plan for each customer in the Region.
    • Develop New Sales opportunities within designated Region and build team capability and capacity to harness these opportunities.
    • Communicate and ensure realization of Marketing Grids Priorities and OP implementation.
    • Generate orders and drive prompt delivery and payment
    • Proper liaison between customers with the relevant stakeholders (sales, finance, supply chain, and factory) to guarantee growth and customer satisfaction.
    • Create and manage database of Corporate and Modern Trade Customers
    • Monitoring and ensuring recommended price compliance in the Region
    • Manage the relevant documentation for delivery to customers
    • Management of MSL (must stock list) for our category portfolio in the relevant outlets
    • Monitoring competition activities and market intelligent reports and feeding back to trade marketing and marketing team for designing trade action and reactions.

    • Achieving Regional Sales Targets
    • Capacity Development of the team
    • Number of new customers
    • Frequency of orders
    • Service level (speed of delivery)

    Candidate Profile: Qualifications / Technical Skills

    • R - Relevant experience in sales and business development functions.
    • R - Perfect knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, especially Power-Point, Words & Advanced Excel

    • R - Understand needs of customers and provide solution lead

    Manager, Direct Procurement - Middle East and Africa

    Job Description

    • The Sourcing Execution Manager is responsible for the implementation of the sourcing strategy and for the execution of the sourcing activities and events, as well as for smooth and compliant contracting implementation supporting the overall business and the awarding Tenders’ stage.
    • The SE Manager must execute the respective sourcing activities for assigned categories in close collaboration with entire P&PE team with focus within the MEA region.
    • He / She should support cost optimization for direct and indirect spend categories, sustain or improve quality and delivery, maintain or reduce risk in the supply chain.

    Responsibilities

    • Implement Regional sourcing execution strategy, collaborating with the supply managers team, and manage the development and accomplishment  of team KPIs
    • Execute RfX, use full data, analytics and Reco for Supplier Selection to Supply Management, Develop, launch auction results , execute tendering Process (with Supplier, Business) and ensure smooth supplier on-boarding process (prior any RfX in case of new awarded suppliers)
    • Identify potential suppliers, monitor, evaluate and communicate performance, develop and manage long-term supplier relationships that enhance capabilities
    • Support the negotiation and implementation of supply agreements, by working with cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers to reach agreement on optimal contract terms and conditions
    • Lead sourcing execution activities for assigned categories and within agreed thresholds
    • Review industry leading commodity cost indicators and publications to drive competitive costing and mitigate cost associated risk in collaboration with supply management team.
    • Manage communications with suppliers regarding compliance requirements and adherence to business and regulatory guidelines.
    • Execute spot bids triggered by operational procurement processes in case it is required, and support is needed

    • Agile, ability to deal with ambiguity and complex situations
    • Ability to work cross-functionally across Middle east and Africa
    • Good communication skills
