Your opportunity

• This role offers a hands-on opportunity to lead mechanical installation, commissioning, and support of Sidel equipment at customer sites. It combines technical execution with customer interaction, including training and after-sales service, allowing the candidate to build strong client relationships while growing both technical and service expertise.

Your Mission

The Ideal Candidate Should Carry Out The Following

• Perform Installation, start‐up, commissioning and test of the Sidel Equipment supplied to customer sites, specialized on Mechanic
• Perform technical assistance during and after the warranty period, carry out training and other after sales services of Sidel's equipment installed at customer sites.
• Develop a good understanding of the customer needs to provide objective advice and to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your Profile

Education Qualifications

• Practically based, occupationally specific.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is a plus

Professional Qualifications & Experience

• 4-5 years experience in field activities.
• Experience in the beverage industry, especially on Aseptic technology.
• Consolidated technical background on Mechanical.
• Knowledge of Sidel Portfolio is a plus.
• Knowledge of the process machineries upstream SIDEL equipment.
• Knowledge of microbiological principles, hygienic and environmental conditions and guidelines.
• Able to travel (up to 90% in international environment).

Your Mission

• Test and evaluate equipment performance at customer plant, based on technical, contractual and safety specifications.
• Properly handle, check, and transfer equipment non-conformities.
• Prepare Job Progress Chart and technical reports in reference to carried-out activities.
• Ensure ultimate internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Perform activities in line with the Standard Operating Procedures, Sidel coordination plan rules and customer rules.
• Report after sales opportunities detected on Customer site.
• Technical activities, troubleshooting and reporting deliverables.
• Report to the Installation Site Manager for team site activities.

Your Profile

Level Of Education & Language

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Fluent level of English is a must.
• Specialization in auto-mechanic or aseptic is a plus.
• French or Arabic is an advantage.

Level Of Work Experience

• Experience in the beverage industry.
• Min. 3 years of experience in field activities.
• Technical subject matter expertise on Mechanical, Automation (B&R, Siemens, Elau & AB) Electrical or Aseptic.
• Availability to travel up to 90 % (Including International Locations).

Physical Requirements

• Medium work that includes moving objects up to 50 pounds
• Constantly ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and the like
• Constantly remaining in stationary position, often standing for prolonged periods
• Constantly operating machinery and/or power tools
• Constantly operating in small and/or enclosed spaces
