Real Estate Sales Executive at Cynosure Realty Ltd

Work Schedule: 3 times a week

Cynosure Realty Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Experienced real estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven ability to close deals and drive revenue growth, preferably within the real estate sector.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2–4 years proven experience in sales (real estate experience is an added advantage).
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive.
• Good understanding of client relationship management.
• Must reside in Abuja (preferably around Wuye or nearby areas).

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company properties to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct property inspections and presentations.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Achieve set sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• Prepare and present sales reports as required.
