    Quantity Surveyor

    Role Responsibilities

    • Identify potential financial and construction risks
    • Document progress, materials, and reports on projects
    • Advise on property taxes, regulation and local laws
    • Undertake cost analysis for all projects
    • Document changes in project design and update budgets
    • Assist in establishing client’s requirements and undertake feasibility studies
    • Advise on procurement strategies
    • Perform risk analysis, value management and cost control
    • Identify, analyze and develop responses to commercial risks
    • Assist in preparing tenders and contract documents including bill of quantity with the Project Managers, design department and/or client
    • Establish and maintain professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders
    • Factor the implications of health and safety regulations into contracts
    • Prepare summary reports for the client and other stakeholders
    • Value completed work and schedule payments to suppliers and contractors
    • Advise on outstanding contractual claims and schedule payments
    • Prepare and send regular progress report especially as regards project cost

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying
    • Work experience in engineering, estimating or finance field is advantageous
    • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Quantity Surveyor role
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
    • Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to organize, plan, and strategize

    Civil Engineer

    Role Responsibilities

    • Perform engineering duties in planning, designing and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and facilities in the plant and estates etc.
    • Estimate quantities and cost of material to determine feasibility of given task (project) – this appears related to the QS role
    • Provide technical advice regarding designs, construction or program modifications and structural repairs
    • Conduct studies of environmental conditions to identify engineering problems and assess the potential impact of task (project)
    • Direct construction, operations and maintenance activities in the plant and estates jobs /workmanship
    • Planning of maintenance jobs /scheduling
    • Raising of indents (orders) for critical spare parts
    • Carrying out of preventive and predictive maintenance jobs

    • Coordination of jobs with other sections/departments for seamless operation and maintenance activities
    • Preparation of weekly/monthly consumption reports

    Requirements

    • Civil Engineering Degree is required
    • Minimum of 6 years practical working experience on site
    • Design and execution skills
    • Licensed by recognized Engineering Regulatory bodies in Nigeria such as: Council for The Regulation of Engineering In Nigeria (COREN), NSE and PMP
    • Experience in infrastructure and building projects
    • Expert experience in project management
    • Proficiency in standard industry software
    • Not more than 35 years old.

    Remuneration: N400,000 - N410,000 Monthly.

    Role Responsibilities

    • Oversee all sales and aftersales operations of the automobile subsidiary to ensure Revenue Growth and Profitability.
    • Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues (vehicles and aftermarket operations) through positive planning, deployment, and management of resources.
    • Profitably manage the business working capital in terms of inventory, debt, turnover, and assets.
    • Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term sales and earnings.

    Requirements

    Work / Educational / Professional Qualifications:

    • MBA or Master's Degree in a relevant discipline.
    • First Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or Engineering courses.
    • At least 12 years work experience of which about 3 years must have been in similar or managerial business role at management level.
    • Proven experience as a Business Head of a structured auto dealership or similar role.
    • Must have the Business Acumen to drive and deliver a profitable business
    • Proven experience in managing sales.
    • Understanding of the management of working capital to drive positive business results.
    • Familiarity with the technicalities of managing an auto business, experience in workshop operations management will be of added advantage.
    • Ability to interpret technical and business financial results.
    • Ability to build consensus and relationships amongst executives, partners and the staff.
    • Good negotiation, analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
    • An entrepreneurial mindset.
    • Good interpersonal and leadership skills
    • Ability to lead and motivate the workforce towards increased productivity.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop a careful and creative program suitable for preschool children
    • Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.) to teach children
    • Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem

    Responsibilities
