Responsibilities
This role will:

• Work independently and as part of a QA management team
• In liaison with the QA management, promote compliance within the company and represent QA, as required
• Design of our global quality management system
• Development of quality processes in support of Customer Experience and Operational Excellence
• Proactively identify customer impacting, process compliance or operational deficiency issues through analytics and implement preventive actions
• Serve as a strategic quality business partner between regional and global business functions
• Develop and support Quality Assurance and Continuous improvement strategies for the aligned business and at company level
• Working with system details and strategic perspective with the same ease
• Leads implementation of organization projects and processes to ensure overall quality is continuously improving.
• Program ownership, collaboration with Operations and other functions to develop quality solutions and new business initiatives for continuous improvement
• Contribute to the information provided to QA management to summarize quality issues arising from audits and other related activities, as requested
• Plan and conduct complex audits
• Maintain and/or develop records/documents as assigned

Qualifications

• Typically, a Bachelor's Degree in a Technical or Business discipline or equivalent experience and a minimum of 3 years related experience or a Master's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Proven record of relevant experience
• Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen certification, with a working experience in Continuous Improvement, Change Management, Process Improvement
• 1+ Years Project Leadership/Program Management Experience, PMP certification is a plus
• Minimum 1-year experience in customer support and/or vendor management
• Training or experience as quality auditor
• Background in advance analytics, data transformation/visualization
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive results
• Proficient with various office productivity applications particularly Excel, PowerBI, SharePoint, etc
• Knowledge of SQL, PowerApps, Power Automate is a plus.

• We’re searching for a Developer Technical Lead with a proven track record of leading successful software teams. 
• The role will focus around leading and running a product-based development team consisting of Senior, Mid-level, and Junior developers who would take an active part in further development of the company’s corporate websites and internal tools, services, and applications, working closely with development and product teams. 
• The role will be based in Bulgaria within the Software Development unit under the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities
This role will:

• Lead a software development project team (up to 10 developers) and act as the technical expert, owning the development process while supporting, motivating, mentoring, and coordinating team members.
• Create coding standards and practices and perform code reviews, contributing ideas to improve processes and troubleshooting problems when they arise.
• Assist development team with Unit testing and Cross testing methodologies.
• Lead client/customer meetings in English, ensuring all relevant information to the team and project is shared and discussed.
• Control the Sprint velocity and capacity of your team, acting as the SCRUM Master and ensuring successful sprint releases.

Qualifications
In this role:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any related field in addition to 4+ years as a developer.
• Experience in C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript .NET Core, MS SQL.
• Experience in Spring/Maven/Hibernate/ Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in addition to being expert in at least 2 popular frameworks (Angular/React/Vue, etc.)
• Experience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks and distributed systems architecture.
• Proven track A team player with strong attention to detail, critical and analytical thinking, problem solving and time management skills with the ability to self-manage and focus on the business impact while keeping the team motivated.
• Should be adept at working independent and in small dynamic teams of individual contributors and with a proven track record of delivering commercially viable products.
• Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken.

• Good understanding of HTML5 and CSS3 is required.
• Experience in AngularJS will be considered as an advantage.
• Experience working with Web API, Ajax techniques with JSON and XML.
• Experience in Scrum/Agile/Kanban and Unit Testing, Test-Driven Development.
• Experience on design UI and web layout with responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills are required.
