    QA/QC Manager

    Job Summary:

    • The QA/QC Manager oversees all aspects of quality assurance and quality control processes within the organization to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer expectations.
    • This role involves developing and implementing quality management systems, conducting audits and inspections, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and leading a team of QA/QC professionals.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Design, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    • Establish quality control procedures and protocols to monitor and maintain product/service quality throughout the production/service delivery process.
    • Provides and coordinates required on the job training hours. Assist in the certification of NDT for Level I and Level II inspectors.
    • Plan and conduct internal audits and inspections to assess adherence to quality standards, procedures, and regulations.
    • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies to facilitate external audits and inspections.
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret quality-related data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. 
    • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing quality metrics, audit findings, and improvement initiatives for management review.
    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product/service quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. 
    • Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to address non-conformities and prevent recurrence of quality issues. 
    • Establish quality requirements and specifications for suppliers and vendors. 
    • Conduct supplier/vendor audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual requirements. 
    • Provide training and guidance to staff on quality management principles, procedures, and best practices. 
    • Foster a culture of quality and accountability within the organization through training and awareness programs. 
    • Stay abreast of relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance.
    • Ensure that our client's services meet all applicable regulatory requirements and certifications. 
    • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time. 

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Science or other relevant field. 
    • Proven experience in quality assurance/quality control roles, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity. 
    • Strong knowledge of quality management principles, standards, and methodologies (e.g., ISO standards, Six Sigma). 
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead teams. 
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. 
    • Certification in quality management (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, Certified Quality Auditor) is an added advantage.

    Business Development Representative

    Job Description:

    As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at our startup, you will play a key role in accelerating our growth within Nigeria.

    • Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential clients, build relationships, and drive revenue for our payroll, compliance, and benefits products.
    • Identify and target potential clients within Nigeria, understanding their unique needs and challenges related to payroll and complaints.
    • Conduct outreach through various channels, including emails, and social media, to generate leads and schedule meetings with prospects.
    • Work closely with other team members to coordinate and assist in product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
    • Utilize your creativity and initiative to develop innovative sales strategies tailored to different market segments within Nigeria.
    • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress using our CRM tools (Hubspot).
    • Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and competitors' offerings to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Development Representative or sales
    • Strong knowledge of Nigeria and the business landscape.
    • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
    • Experience in remote sales and understanding of the challenges & opportunities associated with remote work.
    • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently in a cross-cultural environment.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales automation tools.
    • Experience in sales within a Fintech or HRTech start-up is required
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a persistent and proactive approach.
