    Projects Supervisor

    Position Overview

    • We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Projects Supervisor, to provide overall leadership for our project portfolios.
    • The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing large-scale real estate projects, including high-rise buildings, mix-use buildings and navigating the regulatory landscape of Lagos.
    • You will be responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered efficiently, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with all state regulations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide overarching technical and administrative direction for the entire project lifecycle of multiple real estate developments, including high-rise buildings, mix-use buldings, from conception to handover.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all regulatory engagements, specifically with Lagos State agencies to secure all necessary permits and approvals.
    • Implement and monitor advanced project management methodologies to optimize resource allocation, streamline processes, and ensure peak project performance.
    • Oversee the preparation, management, and adherence to project timelines and budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and cost-saving initiatives are identified and implemented.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a large, multidisciplinary team of Project Managers, Site Engineers, Architect and technical staff.
    • Establish and enforce rigorous quality assurance, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across all project sites.
    • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks related to construction, logistics, regulations, and timelines.
    • Act as the senior representative in engagements with clients, contractors, and professional consultants.
    • Provide regular and comprehensive project status reports, including performance against KPIs, to the Projects Coordinator and Managing Director.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering. A Master’s degree in a relevant field is highly preferred.
    • 10 years of progressive experience in senior project management roles, with a verifiable track record of delivering large-scale real estate and construction projects in Lagos.
    • Mandatory Professional Certification: Must be a fully registered and licensed member of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE). A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a distinct advantage.
    • Demonstrable and extensive experience in liaising with Lagos and Abuja lands and building regulatory agencies, with a proven ability to navigate the approval process efficiently.
    • Must have spent a significant portion of their career within the real estate development and construction industry.
    • Strong financial acumen with proven experience in multi-billion Naira project budgeting and cost control.
    • Candidates must be within the age range of 40 to 50 years.
    • Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple, complex high-rise or large-scale building projects on time and within budget.

    General Manager

    Position Overview

    • We are seeking an accomplished General Manager for DreamCity Capital with a minimum of 7 years of specialized experience in REIT management, capital markets, and investment platform operations.
    • The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with deep financial expertise, strong regulatory knowledge, and a proven ability to drive sales, build high-performing teams, and ensure platform excellence.
    • This role is pivotal in positioning DreamCity Capital as a market leader in Nigeria's evolving investment landscape.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Project Creation & Offerings: Oversee the end-to-end creation, structuring, and launching of investment projects and offers on the DCC platform, ensuring they meet market demands and investor expectations.
    • Regulatory Compliance & SEC Liaison: Serve as the primary liaison with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and other regulatory bodies, ensuring full compliance with all investment regulations. Oversee the implementation of the Approval in Principle (AIP) obtained from the Accelerated Regulatory Integration and Oversight (ARIO) framework.
    • Investor Sales & Relations: Drive the sales of all investment offerings, manage relationships with existing investors, and cultivate new investor partnerships to expand the investor base.
    • Marketing & Market Penetration: Implement and oversee strategic marketing activities designed to achieve desired market penetration, brand visibility, and investor acquisition targets.
    • Team Building & Sales Leadership: Recruit, build, and lead a high-performance sales team dedicated to continuously selling DreamCity Capital's investment offerings and consistently meeting revenue targets.
    • Strategic Product Development: Collaborate with the product development team to conceptualize and launch innovative investment products from investors feedback that cater to diverse investor segments and market trends to further deepen DCC investment offering portfolio.
    • Investor Education & Engagement: Develop and implement investor education programs and engagement initiatives to build trust, enhance financial literacy, and foster long-term investor loyalty.
    • Financial Performance Management: Oversee the financial performance of all investment products, monitor key metrics, and implement strategies to optimize returns for investors and profitability for the company.
    • Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities within the REIT and broader investment landscape.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA, M.Sc. Finance) is an added advantage.
    • A minimum of 7 years of progressive, verifiable experience in REIT management, capital markets, investment banking, or fund management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity.
    • Strong understanding of digital investment platforms, fintech operations, and technology-driven investment solutions. 4. Excel proficiency
    • Proven track record of building, leading, and motivating high-performance sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
    • In-depth knowledge of SEC regulations, REIT and Co-ownership frameworks, and the Nigerian capital market landscape.
    • Experience in developing and executing investor education programs and managing investor relations.
    • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
    • Candidates must be resident in Lagos with the flexibility to work extended hours as required.
    • Candidates must be within the age range of 35 to 45 years.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Professional certifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS), or Online Technology
    • Experience with ARIPframeworks and regulatory approvals for investment platforms.
    • Proven network within the Nigerian investment and financial services community.

    Site Engineer

    Job Summary

    • As a Site Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful implementation of construction projects, working closely with the Project Coordinator as your direct line manager.

    Responsibilities

    • Explicitly implement project designs and construction works schedule as instructed by the Project Supervisor for project management and coordination.
    • Ensure adherence to the approved designs and project schedule throughout the construction process.
    • Take charge of coordinating the activities of masons, laborers, and all ad hoc staff assigned to your projects.
    • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with project team members to ensure project objectives are met.
    • Work closely with the Project Supervisor, Executive Assistant, and external structural/quality control team (consultants) to ensure conformity with the company's standards and offerings to our subscribers.
    • Contribute to the implementation of DreamCity Property and Investment Ltd's construction policy.
    • Ensure that construction works align with project designs and specifications, without errors or inconsistencies.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Site Structural Engineer in the real estate and property construction industry.
    • Relevant educational qualifications in Engineering such as structural engineering or a related field.
    • Professional certification, including COREN, NSE, or equivalent, is required.
