    Project Manager - Construction

    Description

    • We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of construction projects.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
    • Manage procurement processes and liaise with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders.
    • Oversee project teams, providing leadership and guidance to achieve quality standards.
    • Prepare and present project reports, budgets, and progress updates to management.
    • Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
    • 5–7 years’ proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
    • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and construction regulations.
    • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Professional certification (e.g., PMP, COREN membership) is an added advantage

    Security Operative

    Description

    • Our Client is seeking disciplined and vigilant Security Operatives to join their team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure the safety and security of staff, guests, and property.
    • Monitor premises through patrols, surveillance systems, and access control.
    • Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
    • Enforce company security policies and procedures.
    • Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents.
    • Provide excellent customer service while upholding security standards.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification.
    • Prior experience in security operations (hospitality or entertainment industry experience is an advantage).
    • Physically fit, alert, and able to work shifts.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Integrity, discipline, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
    • Basic knowledge of security equipment and emergency procedures.
