    Project Manager

    • The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project management ensuring timely and successful execution of this project, including but not limited to:

    Project Planning and Execution

    • Develop a detailed project plan, timeline, and budget.
    • Manage project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
    • Track progress against the plan and adjust as needed to ensure timely completio

    Stakeholder Management

    • Coordinate with SID Digital, the OEM, and banking clients to align on project requirements and deliverables.
    • Facilitate regular status meetings and provide clear, concise updates to all stakeholders.
    • Manage expectations and ensure strong communication across all parties.

    Vendor and OEM Management

    • Liaise with the OEM to ensure that their solution is integrated seamlessly with our platform and with the banking infrastructure.
    • Manage relationships with any other third-party vendors as needed.

    Risk and Issue Management

    • Proactively identify, document, and manage risks and issues throughout the project.

    Team Coordination

    • Coordinate resources across SID Digital, the development team, and other involved teams.
    • Ensure tasks are assigned, and resources are effectively utilized to meet project objectives.

    Reporting and Documentation

    • Prepare detailed status reports, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.
    • Ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date and readily accessible.
    • Present regular updates to the executive team on key milestones and risks.

    Change Management

    • Manage any scope changes, ensuring that changes are evaluated and approved by stakeholders before implementation.
    • Communicate changes to all relevant parties and update the project plan accordingly.

    Key Skills and Qualifications

    • The ideal Project Manager should have the following skills and experience:
    • Proven Experience in managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects, particularly within the financial services or fintech industry.
    • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
    • Project Management Certification, such as Agile, PMP or PRINCE2 is required.
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with external vendors and partners.
    • Experience in risk management and problem-solving in complex project environments.
    • Ability to deliver projects on time.
    • Experience with Card Issuance Solutions or similar card-based financial products is a plus.

    Reporting and Accountability

    • The Project Manager will report directly to the Head, Product & Strategy at SID Digital. They will be expected to provide:
    • Weekly progress reports.
    • Immediate updates on any critical issues or risks.
    • End-of-project documentation, including a post-implementation review.

    Infrastructure Network Engineer

    • The objective is to design, implement, and support the network infrastructure for the Instant Issuance Platform, ensuring it meets the highest standards of performance, security, and scalability. The Consultant Infrastructure Network Engineer will be responsible for:

    Network Infrastructure Design:

    • Assess the platform’s requirements and design the network infrastructure for the datacenter.
    • Design a resilient network architecture with a focus on high availability, redundancy, and fintech-grade security.
    • Collaborate with the hardware team to integrate physical components (servers, storage) into the network design.

    Deployment and Configuration:

    • Deploy and configure networking hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
    • Implement network segmentation, VPNs, VLANs, and other necessary configurations to enhance performance and security.
    • Ensure the network supports low-latency, high-throughput transactions essential for instant issuance.

    Security and Compliance:

    • Work closely with the cybersecurity team to ensure the network meets industry standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, ISO 27001).
    • Implement security solutions such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption, and access controls.
    • Ensure compliance with Nigerian regulatory and financial requirements regarding data privacy and transaction security.

    Monitoring and Performance Optimization:

    • Set up network monitoring tools to track performance, including uptime, latency, and error rates.
    • Regularly review and optimize network performance, addressing any bottlenecks.
    • Implement failover and redundancy mechanisms to ensure continuous platform operation.

    Troubleshooting and Support:

    • Provide level-3 support for network-related issues, ensuring timely resolution to prevent downtime.
    • Conduct periodic audits and assessments to identify risks and recommend improvements.

    Documentation and Knowledge Transfer:

    • Document all network designs, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
    • Conduct training sessions to ensure in-house IT staff are prepared to manage and support the network infrastructure after the consultancy period.

    Deliverables:

    • A complete network architecture design tailored to the platform’s needs.
    • Fully configured and deployed network infrastructure.
    • Performance and security optimization reports.
    • Network monitoring systems fully operational.
    • Comprehensive documentation of the infrastructure.
    • Knowledge transfer and training sessions for internal teams.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.

    Certifications:

    • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent network engineering and security credentials.

    Experience:

    • At least 6-7 years of experience in network infrastructure, particularly in physical datacenters.
    • Experience in the fintech industry or with instant issuance platforms preferred.
    • Proven expertise in designing, deploying, and managing large-scale network infrastructure.
    • Knowledge of PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and other fintech-related compliance standards.

    Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in configuring and managing Cisco, Juniper, or similar network devices.
    • Strong knowledge of VPNs, VLANs, MPLS, SD-WAN, and advanced network security.
    • Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as Nagios, SolarWinds, or similar.
    • Experience with automation and scripting tools for network management (e.g., Ansible, Python).

    Soft Skills:

    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
    • Problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex network issues.

    Reporting and Supervision:

    • The consultant will report to the Head of IT/CTO and collaborate closely with the infrastructure, security, and platform development teams. They will be expected to provide:
    • Weekly progress reports.
    • Immediate updates on any critical issues or risks.
    • End-of-project documentation, including a post-implementation review.

    Client Engagement Engineer

    Client Communication and Relationship Management:

    • Act as the main point of contact between the project and technical teams.
    • Manage client expectations by clearly communicating project milestones, progress, risks, and issues.
    • Build and maintain a strong relationship with key stakeholders at the bank to ensure client satisfaction.

    Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

    • Work closely with the team to gather detailed technical and operational requirements for the platform’s deployment.
    • Translate client requirements into technical specifications for the development and deployment teams.

    Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

    • Provide hands-on technical support to the team during platform setup, deployment, and ongoing use.
    • Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the platform’s integration and operation, ensuring minimal disruption to the bank’s services.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues swiftly and efficiently.

    Training and Knowledge Transfer:

    • Develop and conduct training sessions for the bank’s technical and operational staff on the use and maintenance of the Instant Card Issuance Platform.
    • Create user manuals, guides, and other documentation to support the bank’s team in platform operation.

    Project Coordination:

    • Ensure that project timelines and deliverables are clearly communicated to all teams, and that they are adhered to.
    • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure all tasks are aligned with the project plan and milestones are met.

    Reporting and Feedback:

    • Provide regular progress reports to management and leadership on the status of the deployment.
    • Gather client feedback to identify areas for improvement and to enhance the platform’s functionality and user experience.

    Deliverables:

    • Detailed technical requirements and analysis document.
    • Weekly progress reports on the platform’s deployment and client engagement.
    • Training sessions conducted for the bank’s staff, with supporting materials. Troubleshooting and issue resolution reports for any incidents during the deployment phase.
    • End-of-project report summarizing the success of the platform deployment and client feedback.

    Required Qualifications and Experience:

    Education: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

    Certifications: 

    • Relevant certifications in customer relationship management, project management (PMP, PRINCE2), or technical support (ITIL) are advantageous.

    Experience: 

    • Minimum of 6 years of experience in client engagement roles within the fintech, banking, or technology sectors.
    • Proven track record of working on software/platform deployments with large financial institutions or similar clients.
    • Experience in managing complex client relationships and handling high-priority escalations. d. Technical Skills:
    • Understanding of fintech solutions, with knowledge of instant issuance platforms or similar financial technologies.
    • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, with a working knowledge of software integration processes.
    • Familiarity with industry standards, including PCI-DSS and ISO 27001, would be an advantage.

    Soft Skills:

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle high-pressure situations.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
