Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the client’s project manager and internal teams. Foster strong relationships and ensure clear communication throughout project lifecycles.
Stakeholder Management: Organize and coordinate multiple stakeholders, assign tasks, plan timelines, and ensure team accountability for meeting deadlines and KPIs.
Feedback Translation: Translate client feedback into actionable steps with clearly defined goals. Ensure that feedback is effectively incorporated into project plans and deliverables.
Project Execution: Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring that all aspects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. Represent the consultancy's standards in providing feedback to internal teams.
Fluent English: Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects and client relationships.
Consulting Background: Experience in consulting is advantageous, providing a strong foundation in strategic thinking and client interaction.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs.
Fluent English: Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated experience in managing multiple stakeholders, simultaneous workstreams, and keeping teams accountable.
Client Consultation & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary resource for answering provider questions, addressing consultations, and handling complex conversations. Ensure high client satisfaction and retention by offering regular updates and strategic insights.
Advertising Budget Expansion: Partner with PSMs (Provider Success Managers) to develop and execute strategies to increase client advertising budgets. This includes expanding current campaigns, diversifying advertising approaches, or restarting previously successful campaigns.
Campaign Performance Analysis: Regularly review and analyze Meta Ads performance. Present clear, data-driven campaign results to clients, convincing them of the value of increasing their investment in advertising.
Retention & Growth Initiatives: Proactively engage with providers to drive retention and growth. Suggest and implement innovative marketing strategies based on individual client needs and industry trends.
Consultations & Program Enrollment: Conduct consultations with potential clients, presenting marketing programs, and convincing them to sign up. Handle challenging conversations, turning objections into opportunities.
Qualifications:
3+ years of account management experience in a marketing agency, preferably within the Medspa or health & wellness industry.
Strong understanding and experience with Meta Ads.
Proven ability to analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights to clients.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
Experience in handling high-stakes conversations and driving client growth.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
Preferred:
Experience working in Medspa marketing or healthcare-focused campaigns.
Familiarity with CRM tools and campaign management software.
