    Project Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
    • Team Management: Assemble and manage project teams, assign tasks, and ensure collaboration.
    • Stakeholder Management: Identify, analyze, and engage stakeholders; manage expectations and communicate project progress.
    • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans.
    • Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, report to stakeholders, and take corrective actions.
    • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
    • Communication: Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and sponsors.
    • Budget Management: Manage project budgets, ensure cost-effectiveness, and optimize resources.
    • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve project issues, conflicts, or escalate as needed.
    • Project Closure: Formalize project completion, document lessons learned, and evaluate project success.

    Required Skills and Competencies

    • Strong project management skills and experience
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
    • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project)

    • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred

    Business Analyst

    Key Responsibilities

    • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and document business requirements.
    • Process Analysis: Evaluate workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend optimizations.
    • Data Analysis: Interpret data trends to support decision-making and problem-solving.
    • Solution Design: Assist in designing solutions aligned with business goals.
    • Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Testing & Validation: Support UAT and ensure solutions meet requirements.
    • Change Management: Guide teams through process changes and support adoption.

    Required Skills

    • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or related field; certifications (BPM, Six Sigma) a plus.
    • Experience: 3-4 years in business analysis
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or process modeling software.
    • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.
    • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
    • Age: 25 years - 28 years old
    • Must live around Yaba or its environs.

    Note: This is a Business Analyst role not a Data Analyst role (Data Analyst would not be considered).

    Project Accountant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review project financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
    • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial plans.
    • Billing & Invoicing: Process invoices, ensure timely client billing, and manage accounts receivable.
    • Cost Tracking: Record project costs accurately, including labor, materials, and overheads.
    • Compliance: Ensure projects comply with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and contractual requirements.
    • Audit Support: Assist internal/external auditors with project financial data and documentation.
    • Forecasting: Analyze financial data to support project decision-making and profitability.
    • Documentation: Maintain organized financial records and support project close-out processes.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance; CPA / ACCA preferred.
    • Experience: 4+ years in project accounting or related field.
    • Must be ICAN Certified
    • Age: 26 years - 28 years old
    • Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
    • Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
    • Communication: Excellent communication for stakeholder collaboration.
