    Project Delivery Manager, CX Operations

    • We're seeking a highly analytical Project Delivery Manager, CX Operations to co-lead a 500+ person data annotation team for a Fortune 100 client. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring optimal client results.
    • As a Project Delivery Manager, CX Operations at Hugo, your main responsibility is to align our team with clients' evolving needs and serve as the primary point of contact for feedback. You'll collaboratively identify and resolve issues impacting user experiences, maintaining positive client relationships.     This Involves

    Manager, IT Service Management and Performance

    Key Responsibilities
    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

    • Monitor and evaluate IT service performance against established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and reporting same to the business.
    • Drive root-cause analysis and ensure prompt resolution of incidents and problems, reducing service downtime and improving user experience.

    • Experience in a business process outsourcing (BPO) organization is highly desirable.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Understanding of compliance requirements, including PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR, and NDPR.
    • ITIL v4 Certification (Foundation or higher); COBIT, PMP, or Six Sigma certification is a plus.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Data Infrastructure & Ingestion: Architect and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines that automate ingestion from both structured and unstructured sources. Leverage Python and SQL to ensure reliable, secure, and traceable data flow across platforms.
    • Transformation Layer Management: Implement and manage transformation workflows using dbt, ensuring data models are modular, version-controlled (via Git), and optimized for maintainability and performance.

    Senior Manager, IT-Governance, Risk & Compliance

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the quarterly ISMS management review and reporting on the organization's technology risks.

    Manager, Information Security

    Key Responsibilities

    • Enforce security policies, standards, and procedures for industry, regulatory and client compliance.
    • Drive proactive SOC monitoring and reporting across information systems, influencing business decisions.
