    Production Manager

    Responsibilities

    • As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of our food products while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food manufacturing, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of optimizing production processes.

    Key Responsibilities
    Production Planning and Scheduling:

    • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resources.
    • Collaborate with the planning team to forecast production requirements and ensure timely delivery.

    Quality Control:

    • Establish and enforce strict quality control measures throughout the production process.
    • Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

    Team Leadership:

    Process Optimization:

    Inventory Management:

    • Oversee inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
    • Implement effective inventory control measures to optimize stock turnover.

    Compliance and Safety:

    • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
    • Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.

    Cost Management:

    • Monitor and control production costs to achieve budgetary targets.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

    Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, quality assurance, and logistics, to ensure seamless production processes.
    • Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment upkeep and repairs.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
    • 3 - 5 years of experience in the Food retail and manufacturing industry
    • Proven experience in a production management role within the food manufacturing industry.
    • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

    Hospital Manager

    Job Summary

    • As the Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic.
    • You will manage the administrative staff, handle patient complaints, and ensure optimal patient care and clinic flow.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and supervise the center’s operations and activities, with full responsibility for all operational functions including Front and Back Office, HR, IT, Maintenance, Finance/Accounting, and Marketing/Business Development.
    • Coordinate process improvement and transformation process.
    • Facilitate effective clinical workflow development and implementation.
    • Manage, build, and develop a team capable of delivering the targeted results.
    • Develop standard operating protocols, monitor performance, identify areas for improvement and optimization and lead execution of related initiatives.
    • Manage client experience, ensuring satisfaction through timely delivery of service to maximize client retention.
    • Ensure quality service and implementation of clinical best practices, constantly monitor levels of service quality and devise strategy to improve any shortfalls.
    • Develop and execute clear marketing and business development strategy.
    • Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partner hospital management, clinical teams, suppliers, strategic partners, and external advisors.
    • Ensure all documentation, record keeping is carried out timely.
    • Develop center budget and track performance against budget.
    • Manage and regulate stocks and supplies of consumables.
    • Ensure all payments, collections from clients are deposited to banks and maintain accurate accounting records.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND Certificate
    • 10 years of experience in healthcare Operations Management
    • Minimum of 5 years in the medical industry
    • Basic IT understanding is a plus.

    Legal and Compliance Manager

    Job Description

    • Reporting to the Group Company Secretary /Legal adviser
    • Managing Company Secretariat desk
    • Managing all legal agreements of the company and its subsidiaries.
    • Providing legal advice where necessary.
    • Maintaining adequate record for all existing legal agreement with the company
    • Responsible for standards and quality in accordance with the company’s rules and regulations.
    • Developing implements and evaluates communications strategies with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Managing company’s relationship with Directors, Shareholders, government enforcement agencies (Police, EFCC, etc.) and other external groups.
    • Ensuring the company’s statutory obligations are complied with.
    • Maintaining the register and records of board of directors, shareholders, and others.
    • Preparation and submission of annual returns.
    • Filing of documents at the Company Office including changes of registered office, changes of directors and/or secretary and their particulars.
    • Ensuring assessments of the Contrats SLA's and mitigation of risk
    • To ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of the operating licences.
    • To ensure compliance with rules and regulation of the regulatory bodies
    • Document Management.

    Qualifications

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Law
    • Additional qualification is an added advantage: ACIS, LL.M
    • Experience: 5-10 years post call.
