    Plumber

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a diligent and skilled Plumbing Technician to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of plumbing systems within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong plumbing knowledge and experience, along with a commitment to providing timely and courteous service.

    Job Details

    1. Ensure to keep your surrounding area neat and tidy and respond to requests throughout the facility to make the necessary repairs to plumbing fixtures in a timely and courteous manner.
    2. Perform comprehensive maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks on water, steam, gas, and drain piping as well as plumbing fixtures, valves, and steam traps within the facility, ensuring optimal functionality and operational integrity of all piping systems and equipment.
    3. Maintain fire standpipe, sprinkler systems and fire extinguishers throughout the facility to ensure proper working condition and fire protection in compliance with local regulatory codes.
    4. Transfer water from bore well to raw water tank, oversee the operation of the water treatment plant, ensuring the underground tank remains at maximum capacity, and perform timely backwashing as needed to maintain optimal functionality
    5. Carry out assigned responsibility by the plumbing technician
    6. Check the water in the underground tanks and then pump water to roof top storage tanks
    7. Check the sewage plant for any abnormality while running.
    8. Monitor the operation of the sewage plant and this to be done on daily basis
    9. Give daily water consumption report and the previous stock of water to the facility manager
    10. Check the water plant, sewage plant and water pump machine to ensure all are working properly as per checklist on daily basis monthly.
    11. Wash rooftop tanks and underground tanks as per checklist preventive maintenance schedule
    12. Other responsibilities as may be delegated by HOD or Management
