    Product Operations Specialist

    As a Product Operations Manager, you will be responsible for understanding user requirements and translating them into user experience and product requirements documents. You will be a vital link between our engineering capabilities and our core business objectives, responsible for the successful implementation and deployment of our customers' favorite products by driving user research, gathering product requirements, and implementing, testing, and deploying our software product capabilities. You'll also work closely with sales, user experience, marketing, and product technology teams to define and execute plans for important work.

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for scene testing of Agent transfer and biller scenarios to ensure the quality of products produced. Track and locate online issues, follow up maintenance and validation.
    • Perform advertising configuration and in-app push configuration for Agent transfer and biller scenarios during working hours in Nigeria.
    • Daily duty for transfer and biller scenarios during working days of Nigeria, to ensure that anomalies occur in the production environment, and to manually handle the configuration of advertising and push.
    • Answered the consultation questions about transfer and biller scenarios in the Agent user group every day.
    • Conduct regular user research and product research.
    • External cooperation and communication for other innovative projects.

    Requirements:

    • The candidate must have 3+ years of experience in product management in complex/matrix environments with some expertise in user experience. Preferably within a fintech, banking or technology organization
    • A high level of professional knowledge with targeted industries
    • Ability to translate user requirements into user experience mockups
    • Proven track of experience in collaborating with top merchants in targeted industries
    • Proven track of experience in gathering user requirements and translating them to user experience and product requirement documents
    • Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
    • Excellent planning, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
    • Strong knowledge in generating process documentation Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
    • Ability to work with marketing teams to craft communication

    Credit Operations Manager

    We are seeking a skilled and organized Credit Operations Manager to join our fintech company in Nigeria. As a Credit Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the credit lifecycle, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of loan applications, managing documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize lending processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Loan Application Processing:

    • Lead and manage the end-to-end loan application process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of applications from submission to approval or decline.
    • Review application documentation, verify data accuracy, and liaise with underwriting teams to facilitate informed lending decisions.

    Documentation Management:

    • Ensure all required loan documentation is collected, validated, and maintained in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
    • Implement and enforce document retention policies to support effective record-keeping.

    Process Optimization:

    • Ensure compliance with lending regulations, data privacy laws, and internal policies throughout the credit operations process.

    Team Management and Training:

    • Manage a team of credit operations professionals, providing training, performance feedback, and guidance to ensure high-quality output.
    • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

    Vendor Management:

    • Collaborate with external vendors and partners involved in credit operations, such as credit bureaus and document verification services, to maintain strong working relationships.

    Reporting and Analysis:

    • Generate regular and ad hoc reports on credit operations performance, including application processing times, document accuracy, and other relevant KPIs.
    • Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
    • A minimum of 4 years of experience in credit operations management within the fintech, banking, or financial services sector.
    • Strong understanding of lending processes, documentation requirements, and credit risk management.
    • Proficiency in using loan management software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
    • Familiarity with Tanzanian lending regulations, data protection laws, and industry best practices.
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
    • Strong communication skills to interact with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.

    City Manager

    Responsibilities:

    Requirements

    To be an City Manager, you’ll need to have:

    • BSc. In Business Administration or any related field
    • Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Area/City/Regional Sales Manager
    • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
    • Good business sense
    • The ability to motivate and lead a team
    • Initiative and enthusiasm
    • Excellent communication and ‘people skills’
    • Good planning and organizational skills
    • The ability to work calmly under pressure
    • Good IT, budget and report writing skills
    • Must be proficient in using MS Office packages (Especially Excel)

    Qualifications
