    Product Manager (Pharmaceutical Marketing)

    Our client; a PHARMACEUTICALCOMPANY is looking to fill the role of a PRODUCT MANAGER (Pharmaceutical Marketing)

    Responsibilities

    • Writing and executing strategic business and marketing plans
    • Financial (joint) responsibility for budgets (advertising & promotion, conferences and symposia, sales brochures and other product documentation, website content, literature) and sales results, as well as analysis of budget income and cost. Often the product manager has a role in determining or negotiating prices and fees, nationally or in collaboration with sales and account management;
    • Initiate and coordinate marketing activities and projects
    • Presenting (to) and training the field staff;
    • Close collaboration with headquarters, translation of corporate brand strategy, logos and visuals, corporate product budgets (approval for expenditure on projects, local communication strategies) and input in corporate product strategy;
    • Discussion partner for 1st, 2nd and 3rd line professionals such as general practitioners, medical specialists, pharmacists and other medical professionals, and also discussion partner for other DMUs (Decision Making Units), as local and national formulary committees and insurance companies;

    Requirements

    • Min of Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical or any Biological Science discipline
    • Min of 5 years of cognate experience as a PRODUCT MANAGER in a Pharmaceutical Company
    • You must have the requisite knowledge in one or more of the following medical specialties; Ophthalmology, surgical, Joint diseases, Reproduction, Nutrition, Lifestyles, Cardiac, and diabetes management.
    • The candidate must be skilled, creative, and have good analytical skills, a positive mindset, good innovative ideas that can translate to the improved sales and marketing of our company’s pharmaceutical products.

    OSM Manager

    Our client, a reputable firm is looking for a suitable and qualified candidate to fill the role of an OSM MANAGER

    Job Role:

    • Increase Visibility on the retailer sites ( Hero Banners, Page Banners, Promotion banner and others)
    • Increase the priority (products priority, Fast selling, New Product items and others)
    • Coordinate with BU's and Retailers to add new SKU's and Delete old models
    • Coordinate and organize meeting with the retailers regularly
    • Contents syndication ( Feature Cards)

    • Check the broken WTB links and coordinate with the retailer

    French Site Manager

    We are looking to fill the role of a Talent Acquisition/Business development Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Source and create portfolio/pipeline of possible candidates for clients while developing talent strategies to strategically identify, attract and recruit talent through a variety of avenues, including the use of emerging technology and industry best practices.

    • Ensured and carried out all background and reference checks for all outsourced staffs
    • Identify recruitment gap via critical and desirable roles
    • Devise and implement strategies for meeting and exceeding sales performance targets
    • Responsible for locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
    • Maintain and develop a wide network of contacts and build effective relationships within the market place through which to generate opportunities for new business.
    • Opening profitable new accounts for Industrial catering needs and build strong relationships with clients
    • Maintain a strong knowledge of market trends including client and competitor activity and industry innovations.
    • Collaborate in preparing and delivering all aspects of the strategic sales process including awareness campaigns, presentations and exhibitions.
    • Actively contribute towards the successful delivery of the Organization's business plan and targets.
    • The management may assign other roles as the case maybe during the course of your engagement.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years experience in a consulting firm in a similar role
    • Ability to manage a team
