    Product Manager

    Location: Ikeja, Lagos

    Position Objective

    • Responsible for managing the product throughout the product life cycle from planning to execution in support of organizational strategy and objectives.

    Key Responsibilities
    Research and Analysis:

    • Research and analyze market conditions
    • Identify key competitor and consumer trends
    • Articulate market requirements and opportunities
    • Identify opportunities for product innovation and product enhancements
    • Work with research regarding product development

    Product Planning and Management:

    • Determine product specifications
    • Define the long term strategy of the product and create product road map
    • Prepare product documents including Market Requirement Documents and product use cases to drive product activity
    • Develop pricing strategies and product policies
    • Determine product packaging solutions
    • Negotiate with suppliers
    • Oversee product development
    • Manage and communicate with cross functional teams

    Product Marketing:

    • Develop product marketing plan and event campaigns to generate product awareness and demand
    • Plan product launch
    • Liaise with advertising and public relations to promote product
    • Support sales and marketing with the necessary product knowledge and technical expertise
    • Conduct product presentations
    • Develop sales tools and sales training material
    • Provide input for marketing collateral development
    • Supply sales with latest research and marketing information
    • Implement marketing plan in conjunction with all departments
    • Drive ongoing improvement in sales and profitability

    Customer and End-User Support:

    • Manage product-related support, feedback and inquiries from users
    • Co-ordinate market research to track customer and end-user feedback
    • Monitor product inventory
    • Use market feedback to inform product refinements and ongoing development

    Qualification & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer Science
    • Minimum of 3 years’ product management or related experience
    • Quantitative and business analysis skills
    • Knowledge of marketing principles and practices
    • Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
    • Project management skills
    • Proficient in relevant software applications

    Salary

    • NGN150,000 / Month.

    DevOps Support Engineer

    Location: Ikeja, Lagos

    Role Objective

    • The DevOps Support Engineer will be responsible for automating, streamlining and supporting our Managed Service applications and processes.
    • You will be required to collaborate with software engineers to deploy and operate our systems. Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in our development, test and production environments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Creation, monitoring, and upkeep of infrastructure backing business and enterprise applications in cloud environments.
    • Management of infrastructure.
    • Implement automation tools and frameworks (CI/CD pipelines).
    • Implement and improve monitoring and alerting.
    • Maintain highly available systems.
    • Lead and guide the team in identifying and implementing new technologies.
    • Automate common operations on critical systems in a safe and reliable manner.
    • Respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
    • Be part of an on-call rotation

    Qualification, Experience & Skill Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT related discipline or a vast technological understanding.
    • Configuration Management experience such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or similar platforms.
    • Managing production infrastructure with Terraform, CloudFormation, Jenkins, Kong, Helm. etc.
    • Strong Linux and Windows system administration background.
    • Strong knowledge of GCP, AWS, or Azure
    • 5 Years working as a DevOps Engineer or similar role

    Technical Requirements:

    • Ability to maintain web applications.
    • Have experience in network, server, and application-status monitoring.
    • Possesses a strong command of software-automation production systems (Jenkins and Selenium).
    • Exhibit expertise in software development methodologies.
    • Have working knowledge of JavaScript DevOps tools like Git and GitHub.
    • Have a working knowledge of databases and SQL
    • Possesses a problem-solving attitude.
    • Can work independently and as part of a team

    Knowledge:

    • Linux, Git, JavaScript, Bash, Google Cloud Platform, Docker, MySQL Administration, Apache, C++, JavaScript, HTML, CSS

    Salary

    • NGN150,000 / Month.
