Your Role

• Collaborate with our design team to create intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.

• Assist in designing user flows and ensuring seamless navigation experiences.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to improve product designs.

Contract Details:

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and partners.
• Manage front desk operations, including answering calls, handling inquiries, and scheduling appointments.

• Support the team in organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and other administrative tasks.
• Keep records of customer interactions and ensure follow-ups are timely and effective.

What We’re Looking For

•  Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in any relevant field with 0-1 year work experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic IT tools.
• Passion for building relationships and providing excellent customer experiences.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday
• 4 days onsite at our office and 2 days working remotely.

Eligibility:

• Applicants must reside within the Abule Egba axis of Lagos State.
