    Product / Business Intelligence Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
    • Define and prioritize product features based on business objectives, user feedback, and market opportunities.
    • Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate on features accordingly.
    • Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs throughout the product development lifecycle.

    Qualifications

    • HND/ B.Sc. in relevant discipline with 5 years of relevant experience.
    • Specialist in Microsoft Suites
    • Presentation skills is a must.
    • Certifications in Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft BI Stack are a plus
    • Good Communication skills
    • Comprehensive data warehouse analysis and design experience and knowledge of data modeling.
    • Strong understanding of relational database structures, theories, principles, and practices.

    Business Unit Manager

    Description 

    • Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
    • Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization
    • Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
    • Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
    • Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
    • Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
    • Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives to develop and improve the business
    • Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning to implement operational changes
    • Draw up client contracts - depending on the size of the company, this task may be completed by someone else or agreements may not be as formal
    • Have a good understanding of the business products or services and be able to advise others about them

    • Train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate
    • Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department
    • Liaise with the finance team, warehousing, and logistics departments as appropriate

    • Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate
    • Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess a Masters Degree in any discipline.
    • A minimum of 7 years experience.

    Job Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the National Sales Manager located in Oyo State, Nigeria. T
