    Procurement Manager (Construction)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project objectives and timelines.
    • Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with global and local suppliers for construction materials, equipment, and services.
    • Ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.
    • Establish and maintain supplier performance metrics, driving continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to align procurement plans with project needs.
    • Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply risks to optimize purchasing decisions.
    • Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements in all procurement activities.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
    • Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, PMP) are a plus.
    • Minimum of 8–10 years’ procurement experience, with at least 5 years in large-scale construction projects.
    • Strong international vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
    • Excellent knowledge of construction materials, logistics, and supply chain operations.
    • Proven ability to lead cross-functional procurement teams.
    • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

    • Oversee logistics, customs, and compliance with international procurement regulations.
    • Drive sustainability and innovation in procurement practices.

    Requirements
