    Procurement Intern

    Role Purpose:

    As a Procurement Intern, learn and gain practical experience on the job by supporting the procurement manager in the delivery of services efficiently and effectively. The Procurement Intern is responsible for supporting ongoing projects of improving efficiencies and cost savings in the responsible CUs. The intern will focus mainly on contract and vendor management, alongside Procurement operations. The intern will use analytics to measure the areas in need of improvement and work to improve efficiency

    Main Accountabilities

    Contract Management:

    • Uploading of Contract on Spider Management System
    • Scanning and archiving of contract on MS Team site
    • Follow up from Contract Draft to final sign-off of contracts.
    • Maintain Local Database of signed Contracts, Rate Cards and soon-to-expire contracts are notified to the Procurement Manager and Demand Owners Operation
    • Tender Summary of RFI, RFP, and RFQ
    • POSM and Premiums Sample alignment with S&CM prior/after sourcing.
    • Assist in Vendor and Demand Owner sensitization of Ariba
    • Collaborate with demand owners from various functions. Vendor Management
    • Maintain a local database of all vendors in the CUs and ensure that it is always up to date
    • VMD Check and Clean up

    Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

    • University or HND Holder, Ideally in Engineering, Statistic, Accounting, Economics or related
    • Previous experience (internships, first job) in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Accounting will be positive
    • Analytical skills, problem-solving, and data mindset is required
    • High Level of attention to detail and ability to think outside the box.
    • Good communication and stakeholder management skills required
    • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Good knowledge in the use of Excel is highly recommended

    Finance Support Officer

    Location: Mushin, Lagos

    Job Description

    • Prepare invoices to clients for franchises, virtual learning labs, blended learning labs, and other functions of the School based on data provided by other departments 
    • Evaluate and resolve invoice issues and concerns 
    • Liaise with clients on invoices, funds owed, and account issues 
    • Reconcile the invoices and payments to the general ledger
    • Complete month-end balancing and reconciliations pertaining to accounts.

    Requirements

    • HND / Bachelor's Degre qualification with 0 - 2 years work experience.

    Salary
    N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Support HRBP team in the management of drivers effectively.

    • Provide input on workforce and succession planning.
    • Support HRBP team and cross-functional partners with project planning and execution
    • Develop and nurture partnerships with external clients.
    • Analyze data trends and metrics to inform business decisions
    • Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
    • Assist with data entry and collection for HR investigations and projects.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field.
    • Minimum of 1 year experience in human resources, professional development and training, or employee relations.
    • Must have a personal laptop.
    • Male candidate for gender balance.
    • The prospective candidate must have an interest in HR.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
    • Have a flair for social media.

    Salary
    N50,000 - N70, 000 Monthly.
