Responsibilities

• Must receive the job order from Supervisor/Assistant Manager before commencement of operation.
• Ensure setting up of the machine according to the manufacturing and process parameters documented in the work and process descriptions.
• Ensure that all required consumables are available before job commencement.
• Ensure that the right core sheets are supplied for the operation.
• The machine must be properly prepared for the order by mounting the right core sheets and inks
• The production log book must be filled appropriately with the job ID, Client name, job printing image, order quantity before commencement
• Proper care and control Must be taken to ensure that every stage of the production line is well observed and monitored to forestall any mishap or inappropriate production output.
• Ensure that the QC officer gives a go ahead before proceeding with volume production run of the live order.
• Responsible for the production quality of the operation and must improve, control and analyze these processes and look for continuous improvement process and understanding of complex technical processes.
• Operator machine maintenance to be performed as required daily, weekly & monthly

Qualifications / Experience

• University Graduate or its equivalent.
• Must have at least 3 years relevant experience on a similar job within the card manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Personalization and mailing of various bank cards-VERVE Debit and Prepaid cards, MasterCard Credit or Debit card.
• Ensure printing of Combo scheme cards as requested by the client.
• Ensure regular maintenance is carried out all PERSO Machines.
• Ensure strict adherence to the Quality Control Procedures.
• Prompt resolution of all customer related issues.
• Technology research.
• Develop monthly reports of staff performance.
• Develop monthly Personalization reports.
• Liaise with Electronic Payplus Limited’s partners and association companies as the situation requires.
• Liaise with Delivery unit to ensure timely deliveries within stipulated time as stated in the SLA.
• Ensure Shredding of data after successful delivery notification from the Delivery team.
• Ensure filling of Shredded Register immediately Shredding is done.
• Send notification of data destruction to customers immediately shredding is completed.
• Ensure weekly meetings/trainings hold and are communicated to Production staff.
• Full compliance with the Standard Operating Procedure and Information Security Policy.
• Ensure all Electronic Payplus Limited’s resources in his possession are properly taken care of.
• Handles all Administrative duties of the production department and must ensure that the card request and delivery forms are filed appropriately in the right locations.
• Must ensure that all production staff comply with requirements for job movement register and other document completion.
• Information security as evidence in Information Security Management Strategy Policy and during induction is the responsibilities of all employees and they are to ensure compliance.
• Any other role as may be directed by the Production Manager.
