    Porter

    Job Summary:

    • The Porter plays a key role in creating a positive first and last impression for hotel guests. You will assist with luggage, escort guests, and offer support across departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your welcoming attitude and attention to guests' needs contribute to the hotel’s reputation for exceptional service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage to and from guest rooms
    • Escort guests to rooms and explain room features, amenities, and hotel services
    • Handle guest requests promptly and courteously (e.g., calling taxis, delivering items)
    • Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby, entrance, and guest-facing areas
    • Assist with valet parking (if applicable) or directing guests to parking areas
    • Support front office operations with deliveries, messages, and guest errands
    • Provide directions, local area information, and recommendations when needed
    • Assist housekeeping with moving linen, supplies, or trolleys as requested
    • Respond to guest complaints or requests and escalate when necessary
    • Report safety or maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate department
    • Maintain a professional, polite, and service-oriented demeanor at all times

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is an advantage
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Physically fit and able to lift and carry luggage, stand, and walk for long periods
    • Friendly, helpful, and proactive attitude
    • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

    Laundry Athtendant

    Job Summary:

    • The Laundry Attendant is responsible for the efficient operation of the hotel’s laundry facility.
    • This role ensures all linens, towels, uniforms, and guest laundry (where applicable) are cleaned, pressed, and stored according to hotel standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron hotel linens, towels, uniforms, and guest clothing (if applicable)
    • Operate washing machines, dryers, steam presses, and ironing equipment safely and efficiently
    • Inspect laundered items for stains, damage, or wear, and report any issues to the supervisor
    • Ensure proper usage and storage of laundry detergents, chemicals, and cleaning supplies
    • Organize and maintain the cleanliness and order of the laundry area
    • Track laundry inventory and notify supervisors when stock is low (e.g., towels, sheets, guest laundry bags)
    • Follow proper procedures for handling and labeling guest laundry and special-care items
    • Support the housekeeping team by folding or delivering clean linens to room attendants as needed
    • Adhere to health and safety guidelines in the use of laundry equipment and chemicals
    • Assist with minor repairs or sewing on uniforms or guest items if required
    • Maintain a professional, respectful attitude toward guests and fellow team members

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience as a laundry attendant or in a similar role is preferred
    • Basic knowledge of laundry machines, fabric types, and cleaning techniques
    • Attention to detail and cleanliness
    • Physically fit and able to lift, move, and stand for extended periods
    • Ability to work independently and efficiently
    • Good time management and organizational skills
    • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
    • Trustworthy and respectful, especially when handling guests' items

    Room Attendant/Housekeeping

    Job Summary:

    • The Room Attendant/Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and presented to the highest standards. You will play a critical role in delivering a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests, upholding the boutique hotel’s reputation for charm, elegance, and superior service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards
    • Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish towels and amenities
    • Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and clean windows/mirrors
    • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor
    • Ensure all assigned rooms are properly cleaned and set before check-in time
    • Refill cleaning supplies and housekeeping trolleys as needed
    • Respect guest privacy and adhere to the “Do Not Disturb” policy
    • Handle guest items with care and report lost-and-found items immediately
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization in housekeeping storage areas

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience as a room attendant or cleaner in hospitality is an advantage
    • Basic understanding of cleaning products, techniques, and safety procedures
    • Good physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, lift, and work on feet for extended periods
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
