 Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled inspection on plumbing system and components to identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair
• Carryout preventive ad corrective maintenance on plumbing system ensuring all systems are in good working condition
• Inspect structures to assess material and equipment needs for specified plumbing activities and make appropriate requisition to the Building Service Manager
• Ensure all water systems and pipes in the facility are in good working condition; monitor and check water flow and temperatures
• Ensure water treatment plant i.e. Filter, aeration tank, dosing pump and transfer pump are functional; report any breakdown to Line Manager.
• Repair defective plumbing by locating the cause of the defect and correcting or replacing defective part, pipes or opening clogged drains
• Inspect all water treatment, storage and structures for infestation of pest, rodents and bugs and report all signs of infestation to the Building Service Manager for immediate treatment.
• Ensure all chemical treatment equipment is fully operational
• Ensure sewage systems, lift station, blowers and chemical closing pump are functional at all time.
• Prepare requisition list for materials required to execute planned maintenance tasks
• Provide support during utility emergencies in the premises. Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks as directed by the Line Manager
• Attend departmental meetings scheduled and prepare relevant activity report as required by Line Manager.

Experience and Qualifications

• O’ Level Certificate (WASSCE or NECO)
• Relevant trade qualification will be an added advantage
• Minimum of (2 - 3) years’ relevant experience.

Salary
N80,000 - N85,000 Monthly.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the administration of Upbeat Vehicles
• Responsible for managing the drivers and scheduling of vehicle for daily business operations
• Assist in managing documents of various departments ensuring proper and accurate filing, cataloguing, archiving and retrieval as required by staff.
• Assist with scheduling the staff meeting room; ensure meetings are well organized and catered for.
• Ensure the office is kept clean and properly organized at all times.
• Receive requisition orders, request from store, and disburse all the necessary operational consumables and inventory required for the core operational functions.
• Take minutes of meeting when needed and collate reports for all meetings, take minutes of meeting where necessary and send minutes or task lists to the team.
• Assist in preparing monthly payroll for cleaners and security.
• Assist with new employee onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience for new joiners.
• Ensure all travel arrangements are made on time, make hotel reservations; prepare travel allowances and book travel ticket for Staff.
• Inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding janitorial services and take corrective action. Review checklists daily to ensure conformance to specifications and established standards.

Experience & Qualification

• Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Administration or any relevant discipline.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience with at least one (1) year experience handling similar responsibilities.
