    Plant Operations Manager

    Job Description

    • We are looking for an experienced LPGPlant OperationManager to drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes.
    • The LPG Plant Operations Manager is responsible for the implementation of all LPG technical / operations and project management initiatives that enhance revenue generating capacity and drive profitability in his location

    Responsibilities

    • Strategic and Operational Manages all Plant operations(Offloading, recycling, filling) as , including developing and implementing that all proper HSE standard regulations are adhered to strictly.
    • Analyze, and recommended HSE improvement policies Coordinate all activities at the plant to achieve set goals and objectives.
    • Lead Daily Reconciliation between Operations, sales, finance.
    • Carries out technical studies and makes recommendations for improvements that will increase productivity or equipment performance.
    • Manage technical contractors working on the Plant.
    • Participates in front-end engineering design work.
    • Undertakes troubleshooting to resolve plant and equipment issues.
    • Takes part in project and job risk assessments; study work; and plans modifications to plant and/or equipment.
    • Provides technical support to on-site personnel.
    • Monitors plant operations and reports on the technical performance§ of company plants e.g., inventory statistics; inventory losses; equipment maintenance history etc.
    • Analyze operating results, equipment failures and ensure minimal downtime in the plant.
    • Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Operations Manager on the status of operations.
    • Supervise execution of ongoing site projects and ensure best practices are deployed and deadlines met.
    • Undertaking staff training in the use of new equipment; safety operations; and enhancing operational efficiency.
    • Any other related function as management may deem fit.

    Health, Safety & Environment:

    • Ensure all HSE requirements for the LPG Plants as in SOP as implemented.
    • Perform HSE audit of Plant daily.
    • Report Incidents and anomalies within the workplace.
    • Compile HSE reports to the LPG Operations manager weekly.
    • Ensure all vendors working on site adhere to the company HSE policy.

    Sales & Marketing:

    • Ensure customer satisfaction
    • Advise on possible sales strategy to improve Plant sale.

    LPG Knowledge Management:

    • Training supervisors and fillers

    Other Duties:

    • Perform any other duties assigned.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 2+ years relevant work experience.

    Gas Filler / Fuel Attendant

    Description 

    • We are currently recruiting for a Filler/Fuel Attendant who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the safe and efficient operations of the station fuel pump.
    • Filling fuel tanks and containers to level specified by customer
    • Checking and replenishing air pressure in vehicle tyres, and oil and other vehicle fluid levels
    • Washing vehicle windscreens and windows
    • Performing minor repair work to vehicles such as replacing tyres, light bulbs and windscreen wiper blades
    • Maintaining and operating automatic car wash facilities
    • Collecting payments from customers for purchases
    • Cleaning petrol pumps and surrounding driveway, shop and facilities
    • Undertaking stock control and preparing reports on fuel, oil, accessories and other items sold.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 1 - 2 years work experience.

    Cashier

    Description

    • We are looking to recruit a Cashier who will manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage transactions with customers using cash registers.
    • Collect payments whether in cash or credit.
    • Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets.
    • Cross-sell products and introduce new ones.
    • Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
    • Greet customers when entering or leaving the store.
    • Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
    • Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.
    • Handle merchandise returns and exchanges.

    Requirements

    • Work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role in sales.
    • Basic PC knowledge.
    • Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS.
    • Good math skills.
    • Strong communication and time management skills.
    • Customer satisfaction-oriented.
