    Physiotherapist

    Job Summary

    • This role is responsible for using a variety of physical techniques and therapies in the rehabilitation of patients who are suffering from illnesses, aging, disabilities and injuries in order to improve their movement and function.
    • The Physiotherapist plans treatment, review recovery and conducting therapeutic exercise for patients.

    Key Result Areas (KRA)
    The key result areas of this role are:

    • Undertake an assessment of patients, using clinical reasoning skills and manual assessment techniques to provide a physiotherapy diagnosis of their condition.
    • Ensure provision of physiotherapy services to both in patients and out patients.
    • Interpret and analyze clinical and non-clinical facts to form accurate diagnosis and prognoses in a wide range of highly complex conditions and recommend the best course of intervention.
    • Develop clinical guidelines for the practice of physiotherapy in Lily Hospitals.
    • Maintain an excellent standard of case note keeping for both in-patients and out patients.
    • Assess capacity, gain valid informed consent and work within a legal framework with patients who lack capacity to consent to treatment.
    • Daily ward rounds for in-patients, conducting complex mobilization techniques,
    • Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with medical, nursing and therapy colleagues to ensure delivery of a coordinated multidisciplinary service which includes case conferences, ward rounds and discharge planning.

    Requirements

    • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's Degree (B. Sc) in Physiotherapy.
    • 3 to 5 years relevant work experience in the health sector.
    • Registration with the Nigeria Society of Physiotherapy (NSP).
    • A practice license from the Medical Rehabilitation Therapy Board of Nigeria
    • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
    • Outstanding communication (oral and written), interpersonal and people management skills.
    • Possess high degree of accuracy and attention to details.

    Facility Officer

    Job Summary

    • This role is responsible for supporting the facility Lead in maintaining the building facilities and equipment whilst providing a top-quality user service experience and also ensures that the facility is operating effectively and efficiently.

    Key Result Areas (KRA)
    The key result areas of this role are:

    • Facility Management Administration
    • Ground Keeping, Health & Safety
    • Cost Effective Maintenance.

    Responsibilities

    • Organize and maintain records of all facility activities.
    • Ensuring that the facilities are well-maintained and repairs are carried out promptly.
    • Oversee repairs and maintenance of equipment, systems, and structures in the facility.
    • Responsible for managing the facility's space, including allocating and managing space for different functions, organizing moves,changes, &overseeing the design and layout of the facility.
    • Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify hazards and implement measures to eliminate or reduce the risks involved.
    • Responsible for managing the facility's environmental impact.
    • Responsible for communicating with stakeholders, including tenants, employees, and management.
    • Provide updates on facility operations, respond to inquiries and complaints, and build relationships with stakeholders to provide support to the facility manager on major facility projects.
    • Proximity to job location will be an added advantage.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum academic qualification HND or B.Sc. in Facilities Management, Building Technology, Engineering, Project Management or any related field.
    • 0 to 3 years relevant work experience preferably in the Health sector.
    • Excellent customers service skills, maintenance.
    • Excellent, communication, interpersonal and people management skills.
    • Excellent problem analysis and solving, project management skills.
