The Physiotherapist will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments, injuries, and movement disorders. The ideal candidate should be passionate about rehabilitation, possess excellent clinical skills, and be committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide physiotherapy interventions using evidence-based techniques and treatment modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, exercises, injury prevention, and healthy lifestyle practices.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions where required.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, ethical guidelines, and organizational policies.
• Maintain physiotherapy equipment and ensure a safe treatment environment.
• Stay updated with current developments and best practices in physiotherapy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Current practicing license with the appropriate regulatory body.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience (preferred).
• Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and rehabilitation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage.
