    Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician

    Job Summary

    • Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Pharmacist or Pharmacy Techinician to join them.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications accurately, providing professional advice to customers, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to efficient pharmacy operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Dispense prescription and medications accurately in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
    • Provide counselling and professional pharmaceutical advice to patients on appropriate medication use, dosage, side effects, interactions and lifestyle recommendations.
    • Maintain proper records of prescriptions, inventory and controlled drugs.
    • Conduct medication reviews and health screenings when required.
    • Ensure compliance with NAFDAC, PCN and all applicable regulatory requirements.
    • Receive, interpret and verify prescriptions from healthcare professionals.
    • Monitor stock levels and report supply needs or stock shortages proactively.
    • Contribute to sales growth through excellent service delivery and customer engagement.
    • Supervise sales rep and cashiers.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
    • Pharmacy Technician with pharmacy experience may be considered
    • Must have completed NYSC with 2–3 years relevant post-NYSC pharmacy practice experience.
    • Strong knowledge of medications, dosage forms, adverse effects, interactions and counselling principles.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Good customer service orientation & professionalism.
    • Attention to detail, accuracy and strong ethical conduct.
    • Proximity to Ogba is an advantage.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Good record-keeping and documentation skills.
    • Basic computer skills: MS Office, POS systems, Pharmacy software.

    Position Summary

    • We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Head of Business Innovation to architect and executeinnovation strategy. This role is pivotal in transforming our business, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the futureproofing of our operations.     Strategic Leaderships Innovation Management:

    AI Strategy s Operationalisation:

    • Lead the end-to-end execution of the companyA.I. Strategy, from conceptualisation and pilot projects to full-scale implementation.
    • Identify high-impact use cases for AI and Machine Learning across the company'sproducts, services, and internal operations.
    • Collaborate with product development, engineering, and data science teams to build and deploy AI-driven solutions.
    • Establish governance, ethics, and performance metrics for all AI initiatives.

    • Oversee the management, strategy, and operational excellence of the company'sData Centres, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and efficient.

    Qualifications s Experience

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or master’s degree is highly desirable.
    • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a role directly responsible for innovation, digital transformation, or RCD.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful business innovation or digital transformation strategies.
    • Essential: Deep, hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts and a proven record of operationalising AI strategies in a corporate environment.
    • Strong expertise in managing critical technology infrastructure, including Data Centres and enterprise IT support functions.
    • Demonstrated experience in managing strategic partnerships and ecosystem collaborations.
    • Excellent financial and business acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and demonstrating ROI on innovation projects.
