    Personal Driver


    Location: Olorunda Estate, Ketu Alapere - Lagos

    Job Summary

    • The Personal Driver will provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation exclusively for the employer. The role requires discretion, punctuality, and excellent driving skills.
    • The driver must be responsible, trustworthy, and able to handle both short and long trips within Lagos and nearby areas, including daily office commutes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Safely drive the employer to and from the office, appointments, meetings, and errands.
    • Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition (cleaning, fueling, minor maintenance checks).
    • Plan routes to ensure timely arrival and avoid traffic delays.
    • Assist with loading and unloading items as needed.
    • Adhere strictly to traffic laws and safety regulations.
    • Maintain confidentiality regarding the employer’s personal and professional matters.
    • Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance.
    • Work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM; weekend work will be paid as overtime.

    Person Specification

    • Married candidate preferred.
    • Age between 38–45 years.
    • SSCE or WAEC certificate.
    • Valid driver’s license.
    • Proven driving experience, preferably as a personal driver.
    • Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy.
    • Knowledge of Lagos roads and traffic patterns.

    Salary
    N100,000 - N120,000 per month.

    Audit Associate

    Job Summary

    • The Audit Associate will support audit engagements by examining, preparing, and analyzing financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
    • The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and relevant audit experience in a professional audit firm environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and audit schedules.
    • Review financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory guidelines.
    • Assist in planning and executing audit assignments.
    • Identify risks, errors, and control weaknesses, and report findings to senior team members.
    • Maintain proper audit documentation and working papers.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • 2 – 4 years of audit experience.
    • Strong ability to prepare and analyze accounts.
    • Full knowledge of accounting standards.
    • ICAN certification or ICAN-in-view is an added advantage.
    • Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
    • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

    Salary
    N180,000 – N200,000 / month

    Tax Assistant

    Responsibilities

    • Ensuring clients comply with IRS regulations and meet their state and federal tax obligations.
    • Analyzing and minimising tax liabilities by implementing tax reduction strategies.
    • Reviewing financial records, income statements, and expenditures.
    • Preparing and filing tax returns and work papers for companies, partnerships, and individuals.
    • Researching tax issues and assisting with tax audits.
    • Consulting with clients, reviewing their tax information, and responding to questions and concerns.
    • Advising clients on employee health care benefits, compensation, and accounting systems.
    • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.

    Requirements

    • 2-4 Years of experience in an audit firm.
    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related disciplines.
    • Tax preparation experience.
    • Experience using tax preparation software and applications.
    • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent accounting skills.
    • Good customer service skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple engagements and constantly meet deadlines.

    Salary
    N180,000 - N200,000 monthly.
