    Personal Assistant

    Job Description

    • The client is seeking to hire a digitally savvy Personal Assistant who must be very skilled in content creations and Graphics (Pictures and video editing) o provide proactive and professional support to the MD.
    • This role will be most suitable for someone with the ability to thrive in a very fast-paced work environment and one who can multitask and possess good problem-solving skills.

    Key Requirements

    • Second-class Degree in any relevant field from a reputable university
    • A year + of experience as a personal assistant
    • Must be digital and social media savvy (Content creation and Graphics - ability to edit pictures and videos)
    • Ability to take initiative and good problem-solving skills
    • Must possess a strong work ethic and astute professional by nature
    • Must have a tenacious approach and must be able to work well with people
    • Ability to multi-task and must be self-driven
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
    • Must be very Smart and highly organized.

    Junior Accountant

    The ideal candidate for this role must have strong knowledge of book keeping and accounting principles, good organizational skills, and working knowledge of accounting software.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process and record financial transactions in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
    • Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, including processing invoices and payments.
    • Participate in the monthly/quarterly closing process, including account reconciliations and preparation of financial reports.
    • Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
    • Extract and analyze financial data to support management reporting.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records within a computerized accounting system.
    • Perform other accounting tasks as assigned.


    • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role.
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).
    • Must be tech-savvy.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
