    Personal Accountant

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a smart, young, and proactive Personal Accountant to provide direct financial support to the company’s executive and manage the organization’s financial operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
    • Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliation, and expense documentation.
    • Track budgets, cash flow, and financial transactions across business units.
    • Manage invoicing, receivables, payables, and petty cash.
    • Ensure proper accounting for real estate, auto sales, and security solution transactions.
    • Support with tax compliance, statutory remittances, and external audits.
    • Provide confidential personal financial management support to the executive.

    Requirements
