    Performance Manager - (Financial & Non-Financial)

    Location: Lekki Phase I, Lagos, Nigeria

    Job Description

    • Develop a complete performance management system to measure the performance of each department and key staff
    • Work with relevant parties to provide measurement standards, targets and KPIs to the management team, including both financial and non-financial KPIs. Financial will focus on revenue, cost and profit while non-financial will focus on quality, timeliness, customer service, queue management, etc
    • Review, monitor and analyze performance results and report them accordingly
    • Research, plan, organize, and conduct performance management programs for various levels of staff
    • Document performance management programs; review, evaluate, and modify existing and proposed programs; recommend appropriate changes
    • Contribute to the development and delivery of performance management training manuals, policies and procedures
    • Works closely with the Training Manager and Operation team to identify training needs and areas for improvement
    • Work with Business Unit/Departmental heads to build their annual budgets and forecasts
    • Provide detailed analysis and commentary on financial KPIs: cost, revenue and profit
    • Review operations and recommend new productivity or cost saving initiatives
    • Communicate results and recommendations to senior management for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation and streamlining operations
    • Performs other related duties assigned by the Management

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
    • Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CFA
    • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
    • Previous performance management experience is desirable
    • A high degree of computer literacy and ability to generate and analyze various performance metrics using Excel and other reporting tools
    • Ability to carry out responsibilities with minimal direction
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated competency to interact with people at all levels of the organization
    • Highly organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
