    Payroll Executive

    Job Purpose

    • Responsible for the management and administration of employee information systems, in line with the Cluster and Area strategy.
    • To assist the Payroll and Compliance Manager with the implementation of new systems and procedures aimed at ensuring efficiency in the organisation.
    • Support to the specialist and generalist HR Managers for effective delivery of HR services and initiatives.

    Key Accountabilities

    Operational/Technical/Professional Results

    • Processing of monthly payroll and responsible to ensure approval is done prior to the deadline.
    • Provide accurate, comprehensive & timely information to the payroll cordinator for the processing of monthly salaries.
    • Processing of monthly journals and all statutory payments.
    • Responsible for processing the remittance of the annual ITF payment.
    • Administer International Assignment immigration documentation process and ensure that the issuing and/or renewal of permits and visas are handled effectively, efficiently, and promptly.
    • Process the monthly recognition and send information to the responsible Bendor for disbursement to employees.
    • Responsible for processing of all lump sum payments.
    • Provide logistics support, accurate and comprehensive data to remuneration consultants and comparator companies during remuneration & benefits surveys.
    • Maintain and update employee records as provided by the FHRM’s in the Human Resources Information system, ensuring the integrity of employee data.
    • Monitor and report on compliance to the HR records management framework in line with departmental/ Company objectives.
    • Undertake special & ad hoc HR projects in line with departmental/company objectives.
    • Documentation of HR processes, procedures, forms, and systems
    • Administer retirement benefits, confirming eligibility and ensure that exit entitlements are accurate and paid out promptly.
    • Payroll vendor contract management.

    Leadership Results

    • Design and run appropriate Human Resources Satisfaction Survey bi-annually ensuring transparency, open and honest feedback on related practices and systems.
    • Generate qualitative and quantitative management reports through efficient use of HRIS.
    • Provide support for training session’s specific to the needs of the various users of the Human Resources Information System.
    • Provide back up support for team as provided in the work distribution schedule.

    Management Results

    • Review, develop key company information (HR Policy).
    • Review, develop, document, and oversee the effective delivery of insurance benefits and claims for: i. Group life Insurance schemes. ii. Workmen compensation & personal accident
    • Develop, implement and monitor company’s third-party loan scheme.
    • Monthly monitoring and reporting of HR Cost
    • Monthly reporting of Head count for the company
    • Document all HR processes for the successful implementation of the SAP project in alignment with the global enterprise plan.

    Relationship Results

    Internal

    • Establish and maintain effective and productive relationships, with all functional HR teams,
    • Ensures that an excellent standard of service is provided by the Service Centre to all Functional HR Teams.
    • Tracks outstanding queries and ensures that they are resolved satisfactorily within targeted time periods.
    • Actively engages with Functional HR Teams to ensure that they are satisfied with service provided.
    • Internal auditors for the audit of employee information processes

    External

    • External service providers.
    • Government Immigration Department with regards to International Assignee documentation

    Innovation Results

    • Develop and maintain the HR departmental page on Nigeriact in line with the corporate objective of easy access to information.
    • Provide support in the development, implementation and administration of technology driven tools that significantly enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes.
    • Collate, compute and report analysis of key HR data to provide information on progress towards goals and objectives, issues and improvement areas, via HR Scorecard/Dashboard and HR Survey.

    Knowledge, Skills & Experience

    • A Degree in the Humanities, Social Sciences or Arts
    • Exhibits a high level of initiative, confidentiality & commitment.
    • 1 -2years tactical experience in Human Resources
    • Has strong people skills
    • Has excellent communications skills, listening actively and speaking clearly
    • Have sufficient IT knowledge/skills to generate, operate and run reports.
    • Excellent Interpersonal & leadership skills are also required.
    • A high level of decision making, objectivity, creativity & Integrity.
    • Due to the changing face of the HR practice, it is imperative that the jobholder can adapt to changes when necessary.

    LPG Filler

    Job Summary:

    • We are looking for a diligent and safety-conscious LPG Filler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 1 year of experience in a similar role. As an LPG Filler, you will be responsible for safely filling LPG cylinders, adhering to safety standards, and ensuring the efficient operation of filling equipment.

    Responsibilities

    • Follow all HSE standard regulations are adhered to strictly.
    • Operate all machines
    • Fills Logbook for Inventory, Temperature pressure, Sales daily.
    • Safety check of cylinders/vessel and other Plant equipment
    • Weighing of Cylinders
    • Check and reports equipment issues where applicable to Plant Supervisor.
    • Housekeeping of Plant areas.
    • Supports Maintenance activities.
    • Any other related function as management may deem fit.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an SSCE, NCE, OND qualification with 0 - 1 year experience.
    • Must be a (male for gender balance).
    • Must live within the environs (Compulsorily).

    LPG Driver

    Responsibilities:

    • Safely transport LPG to and from various locations.
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
    • Plan routes and schedules to ensure timely arrival at destinations, taking into account traffic conditions and any potential delays.
    • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle, both inside and out.
    • Monitor vehicle maintenance and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
    • Provide assistance with luggage, packages, and other belongings as required.
    • Uphold all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle.
    • Remain flexible and adaptable to changes in schedule or unexpected situations.
    • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of five years of professional driving experience, with a clean driving record.
    • Valid driver's license and excellent knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Neat and professional appearance.
    • Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
    • Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting preferred.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
