    Partner Success Officer

    Job Description

    • Source, register, approve, train and onboard partners to the platform to service the different categories of customer segments
    • Handle drivers management for the supply chain companies and oversee the day-to-day activities of drivers
    • Manage the agents involved in vehicle acquisition
    • Ensure the registration of all drivers on the platform
    • Work with the PSO to manage the day to day operations of truQ partners from registration to payment
    • Ensure adequate availability of partners (vehicles) to service the different segments of truQ’s customers
    • Ensure and enforce partners' conformity with the laid down rules and regulations of the truQ platform.
    • Scout for partners in areas/states/cities based on expansion plans and demand on the platform Handle and solve issues that will come up during registration, onboarding and in transit.

    Requirement and Skills

    • 2 years of relevant work experience sourcing for and managing various transportation partners Solid OT in relating with the street and powering retail efforts.
    • Good reporting skills
    • Strong communication skills (written & verbal) skills
    • Organized and detail-oriented
    • Strong project management skills
    • Knowledge of and understanding of the logistics space
    • Must reside in Ibadan or Abeokuta

    Business Development Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy to achieve growth

    • Develop and explore a profitable B2B sales roadmap

    • Promote and acquire merchant partners to grow the B2B customer base

    •  Manage and retain relationships with existing partners

    • Increase customer base, researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

    • Research business opportunities and viable income streams

    • Further, develop the business strategy and plan for the company’s future growth

    • Delivery of projects within agreed timeframes with your line manager

    • Report on successes and areas needing improvements

    • Investigate competitors and come up with new strategies to convert users

    Requirement

    • Bachelor's degree

    • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, marketing or related field.

    • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

    • Experience in the logistics or supply chain space is a plus

    • Excellent organizational skills.

    • Strong project management skills

    • Organized and detailed oriented.

    • Candidate must reside in Ibadan
