    Parking Enforcement Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Monitoring Parking Areas, Patrol assigned areas, including streets, parking lots, and garages, to enforce parking regulations and address violations.
    • Issuing Citations: Identify vehicles that are in violation of parking regulations (e.g., expired meters, parking in no-parking zones, unauthorized parking in permit areas) and issue citations or parking tickets accordingly.
    • Providing Information: Assist the public by providing information on parking regulations, payment methods, and parking alternatives.
    • Maintaining Records: Record details of parking violations, including vehicle information, location, and nature of violation.
    • Safety and Traffic Control: Ensure the safety and smooth flow of traffic by managing parking and enforcing regulations that prevent congestion or hazards.
    • Interact with vehicle owners and the public in a professional and courteous manner when addressing parking violations or providing information
    • Use and maintain equipment such as handheld ticketing devices, chalk for marking tires, and communication devices effectively.
    • Report significant incidents, escalating issues, or unusual activities to supervisors or law enforcement when necessary.
    • Stay updated on local parking ordinances, regulations, and changes in enforcement policies.
    • Prepare for and attend court hearings related to parking citations when required.
    • Resolve conflicts or disputes related to parking violations calmly and professionally.
    • Work collaboratively with other parking enforcement officers, law enforcement, and other stakeholders to promote effective parking management.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a minimum of SSCE qualification
    • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.

    Job Summary
    The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for driving end to end functions in the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, employee engagement, and enforcing company policies and practices.

    Duties / Responsibilities
