    Outlet Manager

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND qualification
    • 2 - 3 years experience in similar role
    • Individual must be smart and goal oriented and target driven
    • Candidate must be willing to work weekends and shifts.
    • Candidate must have indepth knowledge on Sales, customer service and operations management.

    Baker (Bread)

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare and bake a variety of bread and pastries
    • Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality and taste
    • Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
    • Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, Monitor baking process and make adjustments as necessary
    • Ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed in the kitchen
    • Clean and maintain baking equipment, utensils, and work area.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 - 3 years relevant work experience.
    • Previous experience as a baker necessary
    • Knowledge of baking techniques and principles
    • Familiarity with different types of flours, sugars, and other baking ingredients
    • Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent time management skills to ensure timely production of baked goods
    • Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling of ingredients
    • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

    Cashier / Customer Service Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Manage transactions with customers using cash registers.
    • Ensure pricing is accurate.
    • Issue receipts, and refunds.
    • Cross-sell products and introduce new ones.
    • Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
    • Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.

    Job Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an SSCE, OND, HND, or B.Sc Degree with 1 - 2 years work experience.
    • Work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role in sales would be an added advantage.
    • Basic computer knowledge.
    • Familiarities with electronic equipment, like cash registers and POS.
    • Good accounting skills.
    • Strong communication and time management skills.
    • Customer satisfaction-oriented.
    • Must be willing to work weeneds and public holidays as well as shifts
