    Operations Team Lead

    Job Summary

    • We're seeking an experienced Operations Team Lead to serve as the bridge between executive leadership and frontline staff.
    • You will drive operational excellence, manage day-to-day activities, and work closely with the MD to ensure all arms of the business function smoothly.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the key liaison between the MD and all departments
    • Lead daily operations and ensure seamless execution of activities
    • Manage vendor and partner relationships
    • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and follow-through
    • Track performance metrics and generate regular reports
    • Enforce SOPs and recommend process improvements
    • Coordinate logistics for field/site visits, campaigns, and internal events
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (a Master’s is a plus)
    • 5 – 7 years of proven experience in operations, project management, or general business administration
    • Excellent leadership, planning, and multitasking skills
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
    • High attention to detail and hands-on approach to problem-solving

    Personal Assistant to the MD

    About the Role

    • We’re looking for a Personal Assistant to support the MD in daily operations.
    • This person will be the right hand to the executive, managing calendars, coordinating tasks, and ensuring things don’t slip through the cracks.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and optimize the MD’s calendar, appointments, and travel plans
    • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
    • Act as a liaison between the MD and internal teams, partners, and stakeholders
    • Track key deliverables across departments and ensure timely execution
    • Draft, edit, and manage official correspondence, reports, and presentations
    • Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and notes ahead of meetings
    • Coordinate and follow up on decisions made during leadership and strategy meetings

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field
    • 3-4 years of experience in an administrative, personal assistant, or executive support role
    • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism
    • Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
    • Must be willing to relocate to Abuja (accommodation provided)

    Social Media Manager / Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media / Sales Executive to manage our online presence, generate leads, and drive sales through digital channels.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, engaging with audiences, and converting followers into loyal customers.

    Key Responsibilities
    Social Media Management:

    • Develop and implement content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

    Requirements
