Operations Supervisor at Morning Star Crest

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a small or medium-sized business environment and a proven track record of implementing systems, improving productivity, and managing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational improvements that contribute to increased profitability, sustainable growth, and enhanced customer experience.
• Oversee and coordinate daily business operations
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Monitor operational KPIs and prepare management reports
• Improve staff productivity and accountability
• Manage inventory controls and operational processes
• Coordinate vendors, suppliers, and service providers
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions
• Lead process improvement initiatives
• Support management in strategic planning and execution
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting across departments

Requirements

• Must have directly managed operations in a cargo, courier, freight forwarding, e-commerce, or cold chain logistics company. This is non-negotiable.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Experience developing KPIs and operational reports
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
