We are seeking an experienced Lawyer specializing in litigation to join our client’s esteemed legal team in Abuja. As a Litigation Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of litigation cases, representing clients across various sectors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling all aspects of litigation from inception through trial and appeal. 
• Developing and implementing effective litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. 
• Providing strategic legal advice and guidance to clients on litigation matters, including assessing legal rights, obligations, and potential liabilities.
• Conducting thorough legal research to support case strategy.
• Advising clients on regulatory compliance matters and representing them in regulatory proceedings before relevant authorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from a recognized Nigerian university.
• Minimum of 7 years of post-call litigation experience, with a track record of handling complex litigation cases independently.
• Barrister at Law qualification from the Nigerian Law School.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic legal team environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in legal research databases and softwares.
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical legal practice.
