Operations Manager (Manufacturing) at Ardent Universe

We are looking for a qualified and professional operations manager who will head and lead daily operations at our client's manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 to 10 years experience as a manager in a manufacturing company. This role requires strong leadership skills. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facilities.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Manage a high-performing team of supervisors and production staff.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree is an added advantage.
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing principles and quality management systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional certifications in general production, supppy management and any related industry is a plus.
